Been in such a dark place mentally the last 2 or so months , and I can honestly say there really is light at the end of the tunnel, I thank that meditation has brought me here, and has made me want to improve myself even more. I may not know much about Sikhi even though it’s the religion I’ve been raised into, I can slowly see the love I have for it and am slowly by each day becoming a better person spiritually and mentally. I thank this channel for making me try and understand the endless thoughts I’ve been having and how to challenge them. I also like to thank the dark place I have been in, as if it weren’t for the dark place, I wouldn’t be on this path of healing and self love. (I still randomly throughout the day chant the verses, guess it just shows how much I connect with it). I pray everyone in the same situation as me the best of luck and self love for yourself! Waheguru🙏🏽

When we are in some situation which is not handled or when you don't know what to choose, where to go in your life, no one understand your feelings or you are going through, but you believe that energy, you believe the power of divine, he will come for you, he will help you. I’m struggling in life now, I’ve always felt blessed & on many occasions whether I’m in a Gurudwara or in the presence of my loved ones . The best analogy would be that for the first 50 years of my life I was seated in the best seats of life. Beauty , joy , happiness , laughter had the blessings of great food & material needs.
Now I’ve been shifted to a different position. Only see darkness, pain & suffering despite having everything I had . But my mind can’t be happy despite all that I have.
I don’t seem able to grasp the peace I always had . I’m so attached to my suffering & can’t seem to let go .
Please Waheguru enlighten this ignorant Sikh . Bless me 🙏🏼

What has happened that has made you fallen into darkness
@@GreenteadhritiI’ve recovered since June 1st. I believe it was depression but God saved me. I’m working out regularly, working well & never rest.
I was meant to be physically active but after my eye surgery I was advised to rest as much as possible. No exercise or reading. That contributed to the depression.
Bringing It into portuguese language, the guiding meditation!!

Gurprasad - known by the Guru's Grace.
This is repeated numerous times and at the start of every section as a constant reminder of what Waheguru is.
