[GTA SA DE] When the NPC Traffic plays crash mode with me...!

I think sweet just brings bad luck when he his on the passenger seat!
It's not like he is totally useless in any mission he appears in!
or its just a fact that the traffic in the definitive edition is somehow worse than in the original PS2 version. regardless if it's emulated or not!
