Hey Ash, how would I set this workflow up to ONLY send if the contact is not in the system already. For example, I don't want to send this to someone I'm already having a conversation with in case they call me and I don't answer. Because in that context it looks very automated. Thank you for the helpful videos!
Unfortunately there is no trigger for figuring out if the contact is already in the system but you can add a tag to new contacts so you can filter by them while sending text backs later
Thats a good point and would be really annoying I guess if somebody who already is a client calls and everytime gets this message. Probably the best then is to really write the message quite general and not directed to new leads. Something like in the video "Hey, sorry I missed your call. When is a good time to call you back?"

Most of the time they reply via text and need to be followed up with manually.

why the text is only sent to the client by lead connector text? Its never sent by phone sms how can I change it?
The text can only be sent via the Virtual Number
