Jacob Chancellor as dance director Andy Lee leads the company in the famous audition sequence which opened the all-new production of "42nd Street," August 6 - 10, 2014 at Music Theatre Wichita. Produced by Wayne Bryan, directed and choreographed by Jon Engstrom (re-creating Gower Champion's original staging), with associate choreographer Hector Guerrero, assistant to choreographer Amy Baker Schwiethale, musical direction by Thomas W. Douglas, sets by Bruce Brockman, costumes by Debbie Roberts, lighting by David Neville, sound by David Muehl, hair design by Alena Sellers, and properties by Maria Leon. Music by Harry Warren, lyrics by Al Dubin, book by Michael Stewart and Mark Bramble, based on the novel by Bradford Ropes, with songs used through arrangement with Warner Bros. Original Dances and Direction by Gower Champion. Originally Produced on Broadway by David Merrick.
