We purchased in Sun City - a patio condo. We are snow birds, didn’t want a single family home. With eight rec centers - lots of options. It works for us. Sun City Grand is more resort style. Very nice. The sunshine is the same everywhere - just get outside and enjoy it.
My experience; residents tend to associate within their income group, the HOA "Karens" are everywhere, and the average buyer will NOT use more than two of the amenities (but you're paying for them all). SCG is a good fit for young retirees (50 to 65), if you're older I would not select this community.
Appreciate the overview of the amenities and types of homes/price ranges. It would be helpful to see more of the rec. centers and amenities, like perhaps some interior shots. Thanks for your video!

What about people who are horse owners and are looking for horse properties with a nice home and nice horse facilities.

Bell road is busy, 60 is busy. 303 is better. Too far from the 101 in my opinion. No sidewalks, small and lots of $$$.
