Wait A tutorial video that's on point? That tells you exactly what you need to know? Thats SHORT? AND NOT FILLED WITH TALKING... like... this... (inserts heavy breath) I love you for this. I really do. Thank you for putting this out.
Not perfect? My guy you made the perfect tutorial for camera movement in CSP: short, straight to the point, perfectly clear and 100% understandable. You have no idea how many projects you may have saved tysm!
Thanks! Super duper helpful!! It wasn’t a super long and boring tutorial, and instead got straight to the point! Also very underrated! Your style is very unique and cool!
Yes! Finally I know how to use this feature , I didn’t even know you could do that, mind blown! Thanks buddy, keep up the tutorials . New sub, I can’t wait to see what you upload next . Thank you.
If you're still interested, you can click on the "Animation" drop down at the top > Playback settings > Render 2D camera. I'm a little late but I hope this helps.
When I tried this, the resolution went all the way downhill, and I mean DOWNHILL like from detailed texture and lines to barely a few pixels. Does anyone know how i could fix this?
Sorry but may I ask if it is possible to create a camera that has a different ratio than the canvas? For example I want to create a 1920*1080 camera which is 16:9 ratio, for a vertical background that is like 1920*5000, so that I can move the camera from top to bottom. Is there a way to do this?
You mean to parallax the background? Make a new canvas for your background, and make it larger than the animation file, when you're done copy and paste the layer under your animation layers and you should be able to keyframe it to move any which way you want. (Hope this answers the question, if not lemme know)
@@DimiArt yeah I guess this is the only way to do it.. moving of layers with key frames. I just don't understand why can't Clip studio just let us make a camera with a size of our choice, and need us to move all the layers instead. Anyway thank you sooooo muchh for your kind and quick reply!!
When this video was made i used a Wacom intuos, but now i use an Artist 15.6 Pro. The tablet doesn't matter too much though, i started off with a wacom bamboo and used it for many years before i got enough money to upgrade.
Hi, I'm an animator , and I have a problem with csp , the 2d camera movement, I try different tutorials and yours, my problem is the default is on , because I want good camera movement, please reply to me🥺 , if you have Twitter please, I want you to help me with my problem. thank you
Ik this is an old vid, but how do you actually apply the movement? The only thing that moves for me is the blue box. Can’t seem to figure out how to actually get it to work akfjf
You'd have to show me an example of what you mean, a quick zoom in would just be making the camera smaller at whatever frame you want the zoom to happen, but also make a keyframe right before the zoom in as well, so thats its instant and not constant. If that makes any sense
I have the latest version of clip studio paint EX, when this video came out this was the latest version at the time, also its on PC and not iPad if that helps
@@DimiArt Manual work means registering keyframes one by one as shown in this video. There is also software that automatically generates the shake effect.
@@sci_worlds ohh, in clip studio yes you have to do it manually, but by all means if you want to do your shake in a composition software go right ahead!
I've tried to do what you were, and everything is the exact same, but it still doesn't work. All that happens is that the blue camera box moves, but the animation stays where it is, unlike your animation. Do you have any idea what I could be doing wrong?
@@minodapito220 in this video i was using an older version, can't remember off the top of my head, but currently i use the latest version out right now

dude, I already work with clip studio, is way better to learn this and have a cool effect than buy another software and learn all the shit to make a subtle camera movement.

No sir. This tutorial is PERFECT (even the music selected is awesome).

I know this is a really old video but how did you get the extra area around the "screen" to dim while you play the animation?

@@billybillbill9374о, ты правильно сказал, но правда я вообще случайно это нажал и не знал как помочь человеку)
may I know how does you make the playback all suddenly turn into black tone and it follow the camera movement?
My guy just sent me to Mappa with this one trick
Have fun at Mappa!
When I export the animatio the effect is visible but not in clip studiio, can you tell me why?
I forgot the all-important step of "everything you want affected should be IN the camera folder"
So stupid...
HAHAHAHA SAMEEEEE IVE BEEN TRYING TO FIGURE OUT FOR 10 MINS
como te salio esa vista previa?? donde tengo que pulsar??
when you play the timeline the frame goes fade, how to do that?
But is it possible to transform the object like you would do with the selection tool ?
Use keyframes if you're trying to have the object transform during the animation
Hi, this is exactly what I was looking for but unfortunately I am not using clip studio paint :/ does anyone know how this works in krita pls?
sorry, i don't know much about krita, but there is an awesome animator that uses krita named Ed Tadeo, check his channel out he has helpful tutorials!
Its not letting me zoom in and out. Jist appears as a blue box
When I tried this, the resolution went all the way downhill, and I mean DOWNHILL like from detailed texture and lines to barely a few pixels. Does anyone know how i could fix this?
Probably has something to do with the speed of your computer I'd imagine, but I'll see if I can find a solution later

Hi ! For every fram how do you record the position about the camera ? :o
Experiment, I dont have an exact recipe I follow, in this animation I think I moved the camera for each frame though
Can anyone help me with this? The camera movement is all choppy, so it doesn't look smooth at all. Help!
Nvm I just needed to wait a bit
But I don’t have this Top panel ((
Help someone((

put all your layers that you want to be affected, into the camera folder, drag and drop them in.
If you want 2D camera settings to be reflected when you play the animation, turn on [Render 2D camera] in
[Animation]Menu > [Playback settings].
Bro btw what's your PC spec does its lag or crash while doing animation
Not in clip studio it doesn't, I have an hp omen laptop with gtx 1060, still holds up for simple gaming and 2d animation
That being said, I am planning to do a huge upgrade to a Rtx 3080ti very soon, so that should be interesting
How about to make hard cuts? like a sudden zoom in
You'd have to show me an example of what you mean, a quick zoom in would just be making the camera smaller at whatever frame you want the zoom to happen, but also make a keyframe right before the zoom in as well, so thats its instant and not constant. If that makes any sense

How do you export it? Everytime i export it for a mp4 it doesnt do the affects
It should do the effects, but try as an image sequence
