What date was this? i noticed you flew on RP-C3902
I was supposed to fly with 3902 but eventually changed to 3904 Last June
we even got delayed, as 3904 came from DXB and did Davao before we flew to Cebu

Most likely no because to fly to the US airlines need a special permit and it's quite expensive and since Cebu Pacific is a budget airline flights to the US would be an expensive flight

and with that kind of capacity, they cannot reach mainland USA nonstop (A tech stop is needed, however it won't be as competitive as a direct flight)

Cebu Pacific are small kind of passenger planes so there jet fuel will not reach LAX Airport.
