Really enjoyed this episode! Being non mechanical, I am always VERY hesitant to take apart and “dig in”, so I admire and appreciate your “bravery “!! I would have a door in pieces on the floor with various screws, fasteners etc and be thinking of selling “As Is”!!! LOL!
I used to be a whole lot more DYI but right now I do not have the necessary garage space for my vehicle or my tools. Glad to see you folks have the space to do stuff like this!
How long before you address the front end issue & replace the tires? … seems to be a pretty high priority … looking forward on how you “upgrade” the remainder of the interior …
Although I understand how these can be problematic, if one adapts the “reuse” concept, they are very much a solution. Among other things, I reuse mine to line my household waste receptacles. They are far more degradable than the trash bags sold solely for this purpose. And I have not purchased any trash bags in well over 10 years.
I told you Rovers North was the place to to go. I also see you need a new driver seat. I too need a new one. If I get one before you I will post my experience. Going over to defender source for some info.

Toyota offers online OEM parts diagrams like that. They make life a whole lot simpler.
