People think because you’re somewhat good looking you should be normal and have it all good for you, that’s not the case at all, some of us are more cursed than the lowest human.
It's hard to know how someone really feels, unless you know them deeply. I think many of us put up this facade that "we're doing fine" when we aren't - in fact we're struggling a lot.
I have very low confidence which makes been around people very difficult but you have to start low and work your way up the social scale when it comes to confidence .
Thank you for sharing your social anxiety journey. I’ve had it all my life & have recently found out some of my work colleagues have it. I felt so alone but not so much now. I have good days & bad days now 💞
I searched up “how to project confidence and be a fucking chaotic fever dream for others when you have social anxiety” but this works too. Thank you! (Btw I’m not trying to be an asshole to people I just want to be silly chaotic guy)

Thank you for making informative and inspiring content. I came across this video first of all and had to subscribe and check out your other work. You have a very calming and graceful presence, with a charming frankness to sharing your experience with social anxiety and selective mutism. I’ve struggled with social anxiety for many years but didn’t recognise it as social anxiety but more that I was a broken bad person who couldn’t be close to anyone. I have trauma in my childhood that I’m addressing now too, and I guess recognising what is going on within me helps me to understand that there’s a valid reason for it. Hearing your story gives me hope that I can move forward as you have. Thank you again and keep up the great work! I can’t wait to listen to more of your words :)
First of all, thank you! That means so much to me. When I first started sharing my experience it was extremely difficult and uncomfortable. Especially going back to watch myself/listen to myself because that was always a huge insecurity of mine. Not only has it challenged me to grow, but it's also brought light to a community of people who feel the same way as I do. It always helps to find those people who relate to you at such a deep level. Recognizing my insecurities and weaknesses has made me appreciate them more, so I hope someday you'll see that as well. Thanks for sharing your experience! 😊
I have no friends because my anxiety is getting worse and it's always been like this since kindergarten am I born with social anxiety and I am so sad I have nothing to do with my life
I totally know the feeling. I felt the same way back when my anxiety was super bad and I felt like no one understood me. Making the effort to get outside of your comfort zone is super challenging, but very very worth it. There are people like you out there who probably feel the same way. You'll find them. I certainly did, and I'm sure you will too.😊

Exposure therapy and CBT are the best ways to try to overcome the phobia .
What is exposure therapy and CBT?
I have never tried it , does it really work?
