If you’re reading this, I cannot stress this enough: DRINK ENOUGH WATER WHILE TAKING IT. Also, it can cause stomach issues. I once shit my pants at a Halloween party because of creatine. Was not fun.
lmao
Man just shit his pants and blamed it on creatine 💀💀

I gave the vid a like mainly because this dood put in effort to explain, write, draw, erase, rewrite, redraw, and re-erase throughout the video. this is someone who put in effort. i understood about 10% of it. thanks for the information lol
Thanks for this man, simple and easy to understand, music is a little annoying but overall great video!

Spectacular vid, im researching for my term paper on creatine uptake and usage in cells and this will be a huge help
Finally this is the video I wanted to see
I dont know if you will ever see this, but just the MONO audio channel detail made me like and sub! Well played.
Great video, also thanks for putting in the references
Wow, this was so clear! Thanks!
Haha I found it funny when he wrote "Yay x2!" Next to the drawing having a smiley face🤣 Great video man. You Break it down well👍
Fantastic explanation of the chemistry involved 👍many thanks!
Thanks for the video!
I use creatine before my hot yoga & pilates classes, it works wonders for me! As far as staying hydrated goes: I bring about 3 litres of Gatorade to each 1 hour class & go through about 1.5 litres per hour.
❤ I used to hate working out, now I LOVE that post workout whole body soreness. I literally workout every day now & because I'm incorporating low weight workouts into a routine with a lot of stretching & flexibility training: I've never encountered any workout induced injuries! (Also, my instructors are amazing & do a great job at monitoring our form)
Thank you☺️☺️
THANK YOU!!!!
Thanks for the information
Amazing video, appreciate the info!
thanks, nice video
Agree with everything except the last part. Creatine is the only extensively studied supplement to definitively increase muscle mass, and is widely considered safe.
He didn’t say it wasn’t safe 😂
It is important to respect the side effects. Coffee can make you twitch just like creatine can make you cramp, and people still use both
@@RioCuperuscaffeine is way worse for you than creatine monohydrate
Nice video
Thanks!
skhulootle muscles?
Great video, this helps!
Glad you think so!
Ive been using Creatine Monohydrate for a few months now, not once has it given me cramps, gas, or a feeling of dehydration, although every experience varies to some degree I’m sure.
One of the things that had concerned me was reports of hairloss/thinning, but I feel like there was sufficient enough research that had debunked that claim.
how has your water intake per day differed and how much do you drink now?
@@mootness_ There wasn’t a significant increase in water intake, I typically drink about 3 litres a day.
@@MrWookLoaf Have you experienced more sweating after intake?

Any tips on how and when I should be taking creatine? Just ordered now

Do u recomend it for women?
I liked your video but the music was a little annoying, Thanks for the explanation tho ! Very well
When you take creative make sure to hydrate a lot and most this will not happen
I have kidney problems and the doctor said that I have my creatine too high. So thank you for explaining what that is
It's possible your are confusing creatine with creatinine. If you don't take creatine supplements and if you have kidney problems, your doctor was likely referring to elevated creatinine, which is a substance that your body produces which is normally eliminated at the same rate by the kidney. Doctors look at the creatinine in your blood to see if your kidney is working properly (in which case the creatine levels would be in a normal range) or not, in which case your kidneys would filter/eliminate less of the creatinine and thus leave higher concentrations in the blood. I'm not sure what your exact situation is but don't hesitate asking your doctor next time!
Great vid but please, you’re butchering how skeletal muscle is pronounced.
Mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell
Make audio louder plz. O have my volume maxed and still have a bit trouble hearing it
Was it really necessary to put cat video music on this video?
Love the vid but I believe it’s pronounced skell-et-all like skeleton, because it on our bones
You are wrong it is pronounced how he said it in the video
Creatine is awesome. I use kre alkalyan tho
I use tren
Where does the creatine monohydrate come from.
Animal protein
@@DoomFinger511 False. it's from chemical compounds Sarcosine and Cyanamide and it does not contain any animal by-products
Why your sound is very low?
Very informative, but the music is very distracting making it hard to hear the voice over
skeletal muscles, skeeleetle muscles
Why are you saying skeletal that way
Had to scroll down this far to ensure I wasn't the only one cringing at 'skeh-leetle'
Good video but you can barely hear the guy if you’re not in a completely quiet room.
How long should I take creatine monohydrate every single day before taking a break?
Should be taken daily - no break needed.
@@juliusholstein2376 so you are saying after taking it ever single day for 6 months straight, I should continue without stopping?
@@earlcoles5215 yes. no problems. Look up some research and see for yourself :) best of luck on da gains-
Skel Leetle muscles
Wait...are you purposefully pronouncing skelatal muscles as Skilittle muscles or is that a gag?
I find the music very annoying and distracting. Otherwise good video.
Skelitel muscles
Hahaha yeah… idk what’s up with that
Disconnect when reading?
All benchers in your gym lifting massive weights are on creatine
Possibly, but it is not necessary to build strength. Most people supplement to speed up gains.
All else being the same, a person would not get significantly stronger just because they took creatine. I have train off and on for years. Supplements have benefits but are not entirely needed.
Can creatine cause hair loss?
no
Its all about your genetics
I'm just wondering whether skel-e-tal muscle was read properly 🤔
It was not.
I'm just messing brother good work 👏
Great video and explanation. The music was awful and distracted from the material
please speak up…turn the music off if you gonna be that low.
For most people you can avoid all the negative side effects by drinking lots of water. When I was using it daily I was drinking 1 gallon of water everyday at 150 lbs body weight and never had a cramp.
You've got sugar in that spoon .. I know it 😂
I could of did without the annoying music, overall great video though
Is he trying to say skeletal?
"Skleetal muscles" duh!
Trying to convince my parents to let me use creatine.
Lol same they think creatine is the same as roids
@@riccosu3599 i just bought it and its on its way without telling thewm imma just telkl them it gives me protein or something like that lol
same
Same😭😭😭
If you are young enough to need your parents permission, you don't need creatine.
If you are a teenager, your body is already in a an anabolic state due to increased hormone production. You need just 3 things to build strength and muscle.
1) A good consistent training routine.
2) Good nutrition. Enough calories to grow and enough protein. I will also include enough water. Even slight dehydration has a negative effect on training. Muscles is mostly water.
3) Recovery, meaning enough time away from training and enough good quality sleep.
Easy enough to research training and nutrition. Supplements really have nothing to offer until you are seriously following 1, 2, 3. You are better off having a really solid baseline, before supplementing. The only supplement at your stage is a good protein. You can get it from food, but shakes following work outs do help. - Cheers
Can barely hear you
skuh-lee-tul muscles
hey, be nice
Yo dat walmart creatine gives me dem sharts
Definitely a loading phase for about 2 weeks is the way to go. When I was a teenager I didn’t understand what a loading phase was so I took 10g of creatine for months!!! I got huge. At 18 I benched 375. But the second I got off of it. I got small lol
Yea that’s why I don’t think I’m ever gonna start taking it
That’s not how it works
That's BS it's not steroids. Physically, creatine makes people retain more water and look slightly bigger. Loading is unnecessary. You can just take 5g a day for a month and achieve the same full saturation you would by loading for 2 weeks but without the side effects.
Alright this is an amazing video but who the fuck says skeletal like that

Too quite
Man you talk so slow, had to watch on 1.5x
why are you whispering??
thanks man, i was so close to taking it . thank god i still love my kidneys
Did you even pay attention? There’s no risk at all. It’s not bad for your kidneys it’s harmless
So I'm assuming you either have a preexisting kidney condition or have a problem listening.
Long term use will sadly damage your kidneys
could you please link some studies?
@@benjamingadelangsted-aggre8860 its on my personal experience brother
@@downshift7300 how do you know
@@downshift7300 Nah you took steroids and blame creatine :D Theres plenty of studies disproving the myth of creatine affecting kidneys
I disagree, unless one has an underlying issue with kidneys. Sensible supplementation will not be a problem for most people. Having said that, I also believe great gains can be had with zero creatine supplementation. I have used it and had periods of not using it. Gains DO come faster with some
supplements.
you say "Skeletal" really weirdly....why do you pronouce it like that? ?scolitle what is that
