Great video! I released my first animation a week ago and Loacher was definitely an inspiration for taking the leep forward. It's pretty bad but as he said we have to start somewhere, baby steps.
Baby steps are key! And congratulations - getting out any animation IS hard, well done!
@@RokokoMotion Thanks! I also wish you success!

How do you fall on a crash mat wearing the suit please? What filters to make this work please? My model always falls through the ground lol
Also jumping, what’s best filters for that please? Awesome videos btw 😀
youre so lucky to have a ultra quality motion capture suit for free, wish I had that xD, would make everything easier
You don't need the suit to start playing around with motion capture animation though! You can start with downloading our software Studio for free here: rokoko.io/3trMZ5f. You don't need a premium license to use the basic version. Then you can download our Motion Library for free here: rokoko.io/39QS1jT. You will be able to access thousands of professional-quality motion assets for only 3 or 6 USD. Plus, you get access to 150 assets for free when downloading the library.
is it possible to use the rokoko suite outside and interact with real peoples from a distance
Hello - yes this is fully possible with a good compositing workflow, as you'll need to track your footage to your character animation, like showcased by Clint here: ua-cam.com/video/H8JD8XIncfA/v-deo.html&ab_channel=pwnisher
There's a lot of people who do mocap outside as it is a good way to move around a lot! Just keep in mind that you still need to be connected to a router - or alternatively you can connect via the hotspot feature on the Smartsuit, although the best performance is achieved with a dedicated router.
A good thing to keep in mind when shooting your footage, is to try to minimize how much your mocap actor is obstructed by objects and other people, as you will have to do rotoscoping of those elements to make them appear in front of your character. It is also a bit tricky to do physical interactions - especially with real people in tracked footage, but there's a few good ways to address this, as you can modify your animation data after recording it, to better match your footage.
But I recommend you check out our Discord community, as we have a lot of really talented people helping each other there: Discord.gg/rokoko
Hope this helps! 🤓
What's your budget. ?
any cheap suit for me? 😔
Only if I had this suit! 🥺🥺🥺
