Nice video content! Sorry for chiming in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you thought about - Millawdon Muscles Mountain Trick (just google it)? It is a good exclusive product for discovering the secret to get rid of fungus minus the headache. Ive heard some super things about it and my buddy finally got amazing success with it.
@@MariMari-vt9pj nice advertisement! i think you reached the wrong target audience, though... I looked into your scammy sounding 'trick' and was amused by not only the pseudoscience and fearmongering but also how you manage to make a video telling a fake story about a patient named Anna Lisa Carstens who a few minutes later is suddenly referred to as Mary-Ann Carstens? they didn't teach you about continuity in scam film school? i'll spend my study break reporting this to the federal trade commission, cheers
Cheers for the Video! Excuse me for butting in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you researched - Millawdon Muscles Mountain Trick (probably on Google)? It is an awesome exclusive product for discovering the secret to get rid of fungus without the hard work. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my close friend Aubrey at last got amazing results with it.

Griseofulvin (grease=oil, full=food, vino=wine) = sex orgy = reproduction = cell division = mitotic spindle = microtubules.Echinocandins has "chino" or China which is famous for Great Wall. The rest are great and easy to remember.
The Echinocandin one was actually helpful lol. Thank you so much! 💙 I've always been a visual learner. Struggling through large walls of text is usually a low yield study session for me.
I swear this was more complicated when we first encountered this. Maybe we were just under so much stress and every course was melding together. With just one slide, you managed to condense it more efficiently for us students to remember on demand if we ever encounter them on the ward or during exams. Thank you so much 💙
Thanks so much man. You help me keep calm about studying medicine when you help simplify things down to their essentials and with humor inserted in too :) You're a great teacher! Thanks for what you're doing!

I rarely comment but these videos especially the mnemonics are saving me during Step 1 studying (I really suck at memorizing). Also wanted to suggest doing a video on malaria drugs? Not sure how high yield but have shown up on UWorld a bunch for me.
I thought Id add to Dirtys amazing mnemonics: Sterol synthesis inhibitors can be remembered by: ANA's Turban makes you wanna STARE ALL (-STEROL) day "ANA's Turbin" helps you remember where each drug acts in the cholesterol synthesis pathway: - Amphotericin B/Nystatin - Sterol itself - Azoles - 14-alpha demethylase (the enzyme before that) - Turbinafine - squalene epoxide (the enzyme before that/the first enzyme) Fungal Nucleus can be shortened to FUcleus which helps you remember FUcytosine and GriseoFUlvin (and G is closer to M in the alphabet so thats how you remember which acts on Microtubules and conversely D is closer to F so you know Flucytosine is going to act on the DNA itself) For Echinocandins is almost synonymous with Dirtys but with a slight change: When you're studying and you feel like "I-kinda can't do" another dirty medicine video.. remind yourself glUCAN!
Hey can you make a video on haldane and bohr effect please? I have been watching your videos for a long time. Being an img its helping me alot. Thanks. Please see if you can make one, exam is ahead.
@@andrewxu1843 - Let's be clear: Is onychomycosis actually the name of toenail fungus? And if so, then which products contains onychomycosis, and are they available without a prescription?
@@scotthullinger4684 onychomycosis is the name for the toenail fungus infection, not the name of the fungus. it's commonly caused by different dermatophytes such as epidermophyton, trichophyton, or microsporum. antifungals that treat onychomychosis includes terbinafine, itraconazole, and fluconazle. terbinafine can be found over the counter without a prescription in some antifungal creams in pharmacies, but itraconazole and fluconazle are only obtainable with a prescription. A mnemonic i find useful for terbinafine is to imagine a Turban that’s spiraled around the head in Q shaped .. so sQualene epoxidase inhibitor .
Best channel for quick memorizing difficult topics... Highly recommended ❤
Damn! You just nailed it! God bless you.
@9:04 I appreciate the “tear a hole” phrase to help us remember, thank you sir
For enchinocandins, I remember “candi “ for candy which is sweet which ties in with the beta-glucans which are sugars part of the fungal cell wall

Kudos great teacher ❤
Great video. The diagram format is incredible
It was very simplified and clear! Thank you!
Dudeeee!! You are next level teacher man ...
And the pH pH pH pH thing everytime I heard it, everytime it had me laughing
I thought Id add to Dirtys amazing mnemonics:
Sterol synthesis inhibitors can be remembered by:
ANA's Turban makes you wanna STARE ALL (-STEROL) day
"ANA's Turbin" helps you remember where each drug acts in the cholesterol synthesis pathway:
- Amphotericin B/Nystatin - Sterol itself
- Azoles - 14-alpha demethylase (the enzyme before that)
- Turbinafine - squalene epoxide (the enzyme before that/the first enzyme)
Fungal Nucleus can be shortened to FUcleus which helps you remember FUcytosine and GriseoFUlvin (and G is closer to M in the alphabet so thats how you remember which acts on Microtubules and conversely D is closer to F so you know Flucytosine is going to act on the DNA itself)
For Echinocandins is almost synonymous with Dirtys but with a slight change: When you're studying and you feel like "I-kinda can't do" another dirty medicine video.. remind yourself glUCAN!
God bless you
