Patrick sounds like he would be an awesome teacher! The part where he is trying to explain the blue rectangle thing made clear that he tries his best to someone to get to the issue. I will try to get his course!

Such an awesome intriguing podcast I've ever heard, it was great to hear about how Patrick's roller coaster like life story that slowly paved his way to animation and becoming an art director. Felt really inspired after hearing the podcast and thank you for this interview! Learnt a lot:)

@@learnsquared I am already finding stuff to implement in my own work. This is actually the one course I have taken in a while that feels closest to my sensibilities and my skills. My Art Director background is from another industry, but since I have been doing storyboards and Art Direction for many years it feels very close to 'home':) The course looks straight to the point and has a clear and communicative teaching style!

Is he using 3D to create keyframes?
Not in the course specifically - though in the first lesson (which is free btw ;) ) Patrick does show a breakdown of a painting he did for Spider-Verse which did have a basic 3D blockout.
