Once you get to the boss I’d swap unseen form for amplify weapon since you already have the 8 in fire virtue. Once you stagger the boss you have enough time to use ice weapon and amplify damage for a bigger critical.
I was playing very same build, but i tried (i got swords of aspiration so you can change damage stat) embeding flame enchant on my swords. You can accumulate burning very quickly and your water spells will wipe the enemy after, because fire reduces chill resistance
I didn't even know about the bonus damage light load. I gotta get that on my staff since I'm lightweight as well. And BTW I love fighting zhang laio. That boss is one of the bosses they did right and he's such a masterpiece

I run a similar build but with more focus on Wizardry damage. My dual sword skills are the Diving Cross slash and the Backflip kick so I can leap in, deal damage and flip back out combat. With 25 in Fire Virtue (NG+) this leaves me enough to pelt an enemy I've damaged with both maneuvers with Unrelenting Frost. My Metal is also 25 so I get the benefit of reduced Wizardry spell costs and my gear is decked out similarly with the exception of HP. I replaced that with either spell damage or wizardry consumption. And if I need a truly devasting nuke on larger bosses, Ominous Chill is also on my list. Against any Fire bosses this is an instant stun if I line it up right. I can get 3 off with my Spirit costs when at neutral and 6 when maxed in blue spirit. Absolutely shreds big foes like Sun Jian. Overall, cool build focusing on the stealth mechanic 👍. I would squeeze in more Fatal Blow damage where you can if it's focused more on that being it's bread and butter personally along with using Baize as your Guardian since it has a FB damage boost built in.
dont sleep on bamboo sever for gap closer, it doesnt hit as many times, but it is super fast. i preffer it over the tornado. if i wanted all the extra hits of the tornado, i would probably just use regular attacks instead..
My build is water focused but I’m also building fire with it for martial arts damage and consumption. Reallocated my build and beat Lu Bu right after😂. Dual swords are super fun and agile. I do prefer the back-flip attack for getting out of range of most enemies after a quick burst.

@@ColdBwoyy why dont u use more of the aqua blink spell?? with water your spirit gauge depleting slowly ... with aqua blink u can dodge or misslead bosses and basic mobs as u will ... some times way better then deflect as u get behind them . im using fire build but i did mixed that with a water a bit ... and it is so far the best build .... but i didnt know or just didnt look that water virtue decreasing for spirit usage . im gonna try something new as i have see this video. thx man .
I tried to follow this build but Unseeable Form is bugged for me. No matter what I do, enemies always detect me and it's no different than just sneaking on them.
Is there an easy way to toggle walk? Didn’t see it in settings and it is so inconsistent when you try by slightly tilting the movement stick. I’ll try this blocking tactic out but the walk/sprint was giving me the most issue with going invis.
I think it’s just personal preference. The Zhang fi set will lower spirit consumption and buff Martial arts damage. The Libationer Zhuo set will amplify damage and Nerf enemies upon fatal strike 👍🏻
Does anybody know if there's a staff in the game that scales best with water? I really want to do a water build for my second play through, but I also want to use a staff.

I don't see the point of using the invisible skill, technically you can do the same by slow walking every enemy in the game and you can literally fight in front of other enemies and they won't even notice. AI is pretty bad to be honest.
The invisible skill is great when you need to pass an enemy by walking very close in their line of sight. You will come to appreciate the stealth stat once you make another build, that doesn’t focus on the water virtue. You will be easily detectable without the water virtue Stealth.
@@ColdBwoyy That's the point, I play with earth, but I feel like a ninja, the enemies don't see me even If fight in front of them. I really hope they fix that as the game lacks strategy when pulling unwanted.

I dont own the "Power Drop upon Fatal Strike on Enemy" when I find an Item containing that effect, do I have to extract said effect or is salvagng doing the same thing too?
I tried maxing every stat to 99 (yes they do continue to scale) you end with about 2100 health in total and it's almost impossible to fall low in spirit 2 attacks will take you from negative to almost full positive shits insane lol Not to mention my defense stat with heavy armor is around 700 meaning I tank ridiculous amounts of damage with just base armor no spells
@@ColdBwoyy no ive been playing steady but grinding gear took point until I edited the stat rolls I'll update with the amount of damage I take in NG+ cause I know the jump is significant

Do you play on a TV? The reason I ask is because this game is all about response time and deflecting at the right moment. TVs have input lag. If you can, try playing on a monitor with a low response time!
Wo Long is way too easy. Team Ninja should have made Wo long more in depth like Nioh was. In Wo Long you can recalibrate every single stat on every single piece of gear and weapon you have. All you have to do is just get the (5)* sets you want. You don't even need to upgrade your gear like you needed to in Nioh to beat the game. If you tried that in Nioh you would have gotten crushed. I don't understand what Team Ninja was thinking. We want games like Nioh. Can you imagine if Miyazaki made Elden Ring tuned down like Team Ninja did with Wo Long? The SoulsBorne community would have went nuts.
I’m assuming all NPCs do more damage in NG+ so it makes sense. Light equipment load is risky but it makes deflections and spirit control a lot easier. May need a medium to heavy equipment load for NG+ 😅
As someone running light armor in NG+ I can confirm, near anything is 1 or 2 hits. The A rank agility is almost negligible when 1 single hit is going to put you in death/near death

Try to enchant your swords with flame. Enemies will burn in secs (accumulation is very fast) and your chill spells will do twice damage. Its crazy

If unseeable form is active they should not be able to see you. You can walk right in front of their face as long as you are walking 👍🏻

No the best staff scales with earth and fire .
I think staffs only scale with Earth and fire.
U can get one! When you are rank 10 with Guo Jyia u get his set and his staff. It scales A- with water and A+ with metal virtue

I embedded them myself. You will most likely have to do the same for most of your gear unless you get super lucky! Lol

You will eventually get it as a random loot drop. After you obtain it, you will be able to change to its appearance 👍🏻

So for leveling up after you know, lvl 70? Do I just keep putting points into blue ? Or can I alternate between blue and green? (For more health)
After you reach about 50-60 Water virtue you can use the rest of your points elsewhere

afaik it does both
