When I was a little girl I used my mum’s sewing machine to make perforated tickets for the shows we used to put on! I think that would work well for this project. Lightly draw a grid and then stitch down the lines without using thread. M, you are an inspiration and friend to so many of us, please look after yourself so we have you for a long, long time x x
I have been watching your videos. Love them and you. I burn an Incenis for you every night and chant for you. I watch at least one of your videos every day, even if I have seen it before. Love you much ❤️
PEOPLE!!! 280 views and only 62 likes c’mon if you watch it LIKE IT!! Margreth works hard producing these videos several times a week for us all to watch. PLEASE LIKE THE VIDEO
That was fun. I would never have thought about using the tiny portraits from an encyclopedia for this. Genius. If you do want to tear them apart, it's a good idea to fold on the perforation line first. Works like a charm.
Another wonderful project, I made one too, it's difficult getting it right, but I have completed i. Tacke are, big hugs Jackson and Daisy and you too.🤗🤗🤗🤭🤭🤭
Excellent project Margreth. I think number 2 was Edward 7th who was a bit of a playboy in his day, so it made me chuckle when you put the words "no regret" on his picture 😂. I think it's amazing that after almost 3 years you can still put a new twist on tried and tested ideas. Thank you for working so hard for us but please rest a bit too. ❤ xxx
I think the 3rd gentleman you said “Emerson” could be Ralph Waldo Emerson ? American essayist, poet. This is a cool project! Just make sure you rest my dear! 😊❤️❤️
Great video, I have a pair of hairdressers scissors, really old ones, probably from an auction… happy I kept them, for some reason… I’m going to create some stamps! Thank you for another great idea, I think I’m going to need to live another life time to make all the projects you inspire me to make …😊lol😊…hope you are having a good week and following doctors orders ❣️Be well ❣️
I absolutely love your faux postage stamps! How do you ever come up with these ideas is beyond me. LOL I do have one of those wheels and have used them to perforate paper before but I probably never would have thought to make faux postage stamps with it TFS!❤
These are so cool! What a great idea to use the score board as a guide. When you said “Emerson, Lake and Palmer”I snorted. I’d just been thinking one of them sort of looked like Freddie Mercury!
This is an awesome project! I absolutely love the idea of putting a whole sheet into a pocket. It looks much more authentic and interesting. I just love your creative mind! 🥰 Thank you for more and more fabulous inspirations! Hugs ❤️🤗
Ohmigosh using the scoreboard is absolute genius! I've tried with a ruler and I always tend to "wander" off the straight line. Thank you for this tip - game changer!!
Genius idea using a tracing wheel! I think I have my mom's upstairs. I love Emerson Lake and Palmer… Have an album of theirs upstairs in my vinyl collection. Your stamps sure turned out beautiful!
WHat a clever project this is. Thank you for your creativity and wit. You always make us happy. I love how you fix a problem and say you McGuyvered it. I believe my favorite stamp is Franz Joseph. Why? My great grandfather was a cook on his ship. I am so sad that you now have the flu. What a crummy souvenir from your recent days in the hospital. Time for you to get well, so please rest up and take good care of yourself.
Fantastic project. Brilliant to use the score board and tracing wheel. I have both will try it. Love the outcome of your postage stamps. They look very cool and interesting. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Wat een fantastische tip van de Kringloop in Maasdijk. We zijn geweest en het is de best georganiseerde kringloop die ik tot nu toe heb gezien, en dat zijn er best veel. Leuk geslaagd daar. Bedankt voor de tip
Scoreboard?! How clever. Life changing even. I inherited one of those "pizza cutters" from my mother-in-law who was a talented sewer (not me 😬). Never used it because l couldn’t cut a straight line for the life of me. Thank you for your ongoing brilliance. Have a beautiful day, Barbara 🐨🇦🇺🦘
Wow Margreth, this is genius! I have so many of these sewing tools lying around and here I am looking for an antique stamp perforator which costs $200! Thank you for saving me money!!!! You are the best!
Hi Margreth! I’m back….lol. I had to post my comment earlier about those reinforcement dies back in stock at ECD or I knew I would forget if I waited until I could watch your video. But now I was able to sit down and watch your video. Bravo…I love your faux postage stamps! I love making things using out of the ordinary tools and especially because it can save money using something you may already have. Your ideas on the numbers was another great tip. I was using my P-Touch label maker labeling some products while watching this and you gave me a great idea that when this label maker is set on the tinniest size option to print it will also work great to make tiny tiny sized numbers to use on the postage stamps…yay…another way to get tiny numbers for the stamps. I hadn’t even thought to use it but it’s fab for it. You gave me this idea when I saw you cut your tiny numbers from other items…thanks so much!!! 😊. It’s great having you with us again and I so hope you’re feeling better and are able to rest some and do whatever you need for your well being and health. You always come first but I’m very thrilled you’re up to making us some videos…love having you creating and you sounded like it was nice to be back too from your cheerful sounding voice. Thanks so much…Big Hugs 🥰!
such a fun project. I just did a couple of file folders too. I haven't❤ cut them up yet, but I love the ideas you put out there in this video! can't want to go do some of these!
Hi Margreth! I’m so happy to see you here and hope you’re still feeling better! 🥰. I will watch this in its entirety soon but before I forget I just saw the ECD Variety pack and set #3 reinforcements are now available at both the US and the EU ECD websites…yay! I know you use them and mention them to your viewers but previously weren’t available, and since at the moment they are finally available there again, I didn’t want anyone to miss out on them if they’ve been wanting them. Off to the grocery store and you have a lovely night! Hugs 🥰!
So glad to see you today. Although getting stressed out over stamps worried me. I'm a worrier so take it with a grain of salt😅 these were fun. I can't believe you used sentiments cool😊❤❤❤❤❤
Wow! Genius! I’m not a seamstress so I had no idea about a tracing wheel 😮 I need one! All those digitals people make with all those stamps we all struggle to cut out, solved!!! And I’ve been meaning to get the “thinning scissors” too! Thank you Margreth, what a great tutorial ❤ Are you resting??? ❤
I love these and sorry for my lateness I’m catching up on your videos this is the first I missed. I love how you always think outside the box, using a scoreboard and the stitch roller(tool) and making stamps so cool. I hope you’re feeling better lovey ❤.
Schön, dass du wieder da bist!! .....Hast du schon mal deine Schildruese untersuchen lassen? Viele deiner Symtome kommen mir sehr bekannt vor! Das fing bei mir auch so an ( in deinem Alter)! Will dir aber nichts vorschreiben! Alles Gute weiterhin für dich !😘

These are so awesome!! Great project. So much inspiration. You really can use any images to make these. ❤😊

Another wonderful project, I made one too, it's difficult getting it right, but I have completed i. Tacke are, big hugs Jackson and Daisy and you too.🤗🤗🤗🤭🤭🤭
