I was like "such a small area to move in now because everything is bigger. This will be fast and easy", I was wrong. Was much harder on many of the levels.
Made a no death run this time, just for the hell of it, as I will show a death at the end anyway.
This is version 1.7 and the final one. Before this one I tried 1.1, 1.4, 1.6 to see what was new and stuff. Some of the older versions had better choice of music. The title and high-score music in this latest version is rather depressing. He should have gone with the old ones... at least the old title music as I don't remember if the high-score was the same in the old ones.
Meh, forgot to remove the broken frame right after 24:11. That's save-states in WinUAE for ya ;) (doesn't happen TOO often though). -

I will never forget this game and especially it's power ups. Rest in peace, Edgar, your place belongs to hall of fame.
Sad to hear about Edgar´s passing. I remember being truly impressed by Deluxe Pac-Man. And since I'm a fellow Norwegian and we had no gaming scene at the time, he was a hero for that too. Rest in Peace Edgar.

Brem how old was he?
AFAIK he passed away on the evening of the 1st April 2015 of cancer, he was 51, only 3 months from his 52nd birthday.

Uhhhh, exactly that. Go back to one of those live action movies where the characters are playing a video game. It reminds me of one of those segments. That's not a bad thing or anything like that

Got to love that still image of Pac-Man in between the stages.Looks like Pac-Man had Down Syndrome and was sweating after sex.
Fun fact, that I am using that Sprite design of Pac-Man on a Namco (now called Bandai Namco Amusements, though the brand name is still in use.) logo that I did. It has Pac Man acting as the 'C'. He can be with eyes or in the classic 1980 design.
The sound effect for power-ups appearing is the same one as Pac-Mania's.

What a disappointment the children who bought it took thinking that it was the best pacman with that futuristic music and that deluxe name on the cover to discover that it was thrown out without effort
