+Vishu Unless I'm mistaken, the rule is that the player can't rotate more than 360 degrees before striking the ball. He's going around, but not a full 360.
Can't spin over 360 degrees prior to, or after hitting the ball. Also cannot remove your hand from the rod and must have control of the rod, but those two are somewhat vague and hard to enforce considering on a flip over euro toe, the rod must be released momentarily and its not considered illegal.. I think it's because technically you could keep contact with the rod while spinning it... or something like that.. The shot that you see in this video (rollover / snake shot / monkey) is shot from the wrist and the rod remains in contact for the complete shot motion...
***** It sounds from your response that I thought the shot was a bad idea; I do not think it was a bad idea, I like the shot. I wanted to know strategically why he chose to use it at that point because I had not noticed him use it before. parhelic triangle's answer was satisfactory.

i really don't get why defense move the 1 and 2 bars so much they leave huge opening for cuts and straight shots if you move the guys so they are stacked up and move them together its easier to stop cuts and straight shots, also angle your guys so the shots are closer to your payers gives them less angles. these guys are good but i have seen guys in highschool who would make them look shit with some fancy shots. I would have just bar banged my 5 bar and shot straight on a lot of my 3 bar shots. or center drags short and down the middle
+Maczust63 I'm kinda thinking the same as Asmobia, that you probably are a troll. However, if by some chance that comment was legit, then.....unfortunately for you, looks just as bad as the trolling prospect. I've been playing foosball since the early 90's and I can tell you that what you just proposed has many problems. First off, I'll call serious BS on your assertion that you know of no named players in Highschool that would of schooled these players. I've been watching the best players ever to play this game for almost 3 decades. And the players you see in this video, especially Tony Spredeman and Rob Mares, are currently 2 of the best players ever to have graced a foosball table. And they are just 2 on a short list of other players that are of the same caliber. If you were to slow your defense as you suggested, the front player would totally decimate the goalie. Their shots are simply too fast, and the goalies reaction would be slower than the forwards. Most forwards don't usually shoot as many angle shots as they do straight ones. Not saying they can't angle, they certainly can. But overall, the shots usually are squared off. So another words, to stack your men, as you suggested, would more often than not, make it that much easier to hit the more common squared off shot. Lastly, if you were to bang your 5 bar and then shoot a straight 3 bar in a tournament, it would be an illegal shot. If you possess the ball on the forward 3 rod, you cannot purposely bang your 5 man, or either of the goalie rods so as to cause any sort of distraction.
Don't want to burst your bubble, but I have been playing table football for over 15 years in coffeeshops in Amsterdam. And have permanent blisters on my hand because of the intensity. These players are good. But I have seen better. Unfortunately I wish I knew about these kind of competition. Results would have been different. But then again, no use boasting about it now. But if these guys are considered the best. Then the bar set is still low..
SAA B_ LOL Whatever you say man. It's funny, if you were to talk to any pro-master thats been playing within the last 2 or 3 decades, and you suggest what you just said in that comment. You would be laughed out of the room. If you consider those players a low bar then you can go ahead and claim you've been playing for half a century. Because the only thing you would be showing is that you have absolutely no clue what you're talking about. You make that obvious by also not knowing even the basics of a decent defense and even further still by not knowing the rules of the game. 15 years my ass. 15 years playing in your garage or playing weekend warriors at the bar (or playing at a coffee shot.......coffee shop???? LMAO are you serious with that shit? lol) and not playing in any decent tournaments doesn't account for a whole lot. As you've just proven.
Joln Lee The Fireball is an amercian table, they're using Eurosocce in Luxembourg like in Belgium, so they cannot play at their highest (exception for Yannick Correia who I think is accustomed to basically all tables).
why do they keep trying to guess where the ball is going to be shot on net if the movement to readjust the offensive position is more than slow enough for your average reaction time to react? it's like they've become so good at doing their advanced trick shots and theorycrafting that they've forgotten the basics. the elbow of the player gives away his entire movement because they do that cheese ass cannonball spinoff the wrist shit. basic martial arts knowledge.
I'll never understand why it is that they still play on a Bonzini table. To state it simply, THEY SUCK! They look like the cheap tables you would buy from like Walmart or something. And they play about the same as well. On a different note....Correia has got some mad skills. The real issue I see with him is that he gets too frustrated sometimes. But mad skills or not, when you go against a team like Spredeman and Mares, you stand little chance of winning.

sounds like you never tried an actual bonzini bro. They are just the best tables around
François Dailloux You're right I haven't played on a Bonzini. However I've talked to people who have. It's also clear by simply watching video of it, that it's a much more difficult table to control the ball on. Whenever they attempt to fully stop the ball, it will continue to move ever so slightly around for a few seconds. Not to mention the ball tends to go flying right back out of the goal if someone gets a decent hard shot in.
If you see pakistani people playing this game, you wont be able to spot the ball. They play way too fast than them and have got more plenty shoots varieties. Does anybody know if this game is being played anywhere in London ?
www.warriortablesoccer.com Is the table to play now! You are or just watched me win my first open doubles title at 22 years old. I went on to win another 8 world titles and get inducted into the Foosball hall of fame. I know this game. If you want to know it now...... play on a Warrior Foosball Table
Really? 240p?
Tony Spredeman is from another planet! Unbeliable skills!
Thanks for sharing! Looking forward to seeing more!!
my head is boiling
Guys is there any one can explain to me how to join this WC or what ever they call it
Robert mares my friend you are amazing Doug Walker proud of you tucson Arizona
Amazing skill :)
When we played, we never tried to score from the middle guys, we used them for blocking and passing only. Guess I'll have to learn that.
hola que hay
maç kapatmasınaysa bunları bile ezer geçerim :)
I only looked this up to see if it was an actual thing lol and these are grown ass men!
So? Whats the difference to billard or darts?
Seb it's a lot more fun to play :)
The beginning music is the same as rooster teeth lets plays
what type of table is this?
Calvin Taylor it was a Fireball Classic ITSF if i recall it correctly
fireball
I'm happy to see this posted, but the video quality is awful. 240p is worse than tube televisions.
I thought you weren't allowed to spin players, but it seems all the goal shots are made with a spin on the player rod.

Bonzini
no, Fireball
Poker Sicko pebolim in Brazil
@@jirimarounek9148 yes,it's Fireball
Spredemen scored the first goal with a front pin shot? I wonder what the thought behind that was.
What is the thought behind your question? Why not score any way you can? If the goalie is any good, those kind of shots can be stopped.

Not a bad idea, I thought you were saying it was bad etiquette or something, lol.
odiernod Not a bad idea, I thought you were saying it was bad etiquette or something, lol.
***** By the look of the guy playing goalie, he isn't ready for anything...lol.
so boring when they just keep doing the front pinch shot. Back in my day, that wasn't even allowed.
