Nice video! thanks for sharing, do you feel that the engine vibrations increase noticeably when the RPM exceeds 4000?

Hey thanks for your feeback 😊 There is some vibration, but i cant feel a noticeable increase above 4000 rpm. Do you own a Scrambler 900? Cheers

29:00 so it can go around 150kph or it can go even further?

160 kph is max. With some back Wind maybe 165 kph… when you are very homesick 170 kph 😄

@@motofilipe thank you for uploading this video, I've been researching about triumph street scramble 900 about how fast it is but all I see was reviews about its specs

My scrambler 900 is a year old this month. 3rd gear will accelerate up to about 70MPH no trouble if you gun it, and 5th will get you over 100MPH.
The 5th gear is more of an overdrive.
I’ve only took it over 100MPH once and the wind rush was quite severe so didn’t stay there for long.
[the manufactures specs say it’s good for 104MPH which seems about right],
I have heard that the engine can be re-mapped for better performance, [it is currently set up as an eco engine so any alterations to the tuning might affect that]
It will sit at 70MPH on the motorway all day long with a pannier bag fitted up hill or down no matter what the wind, but it’s most comfortable cruising at about 65MPH

And with pinion and panniers ?

150 kph is possible. But you sit in the Wind with no protection so you cant hold that speed for a few hours. Long Distance Travel is great at 120 kph

With my one almost no difference with the pannier bag fitted or not,
I had it over 100MPH just the once but the wind rush was server so didn’t stay there for long.
[the manufacturer’s quoted top speed is listed as 104MPH which seems about right]
If you gun it from a slow rolling start 3rd gear will accelerate it past 70MPH very quickly, and the 5th gear is more of an overdrive than a full gear.
It will sit at 80MPH just fine and will run at 70MPH all day long.
[it is most comfortable cruising around in 5th at 65MPH] [less engine revs, less wind rush, less tiring over a long distance]

Do you miss not having the 6th gear? At about 65-70 mph (100-115km/h)?

no absoulty not. Gear ratio is pretty nice for what bike it is. You hav plenty Torgue in 2th, 3th and even 4th. 5th is great for crusin. No need for a 6th :)

Hey Mate, i run the Pirelli Scropion Rally STR. Great Tire :) Superb on Tarmec and they can handle also a bit Offroad aswell.
