i love how japan kept it's traditions alive with it being hospitable & it's people being respectful & honorable. just one big reason i love japan so much. the food is next on this list xD
There are definitely some rotten apples among them, but on the whole it's a lot better than most countries. I feel safe, comfortable, and respected, when I'm there.
Wow, all that for 50 dollars? Amazing! It looks so clean and tidy and modern, and for 50 bucks, that's absolutely fantastic! I really would hate to see a video like this about the US. For that price, sure it'll be bigger, but probably stink of mildew and give off a decidedly late 70's-early 80's vibe to the place. Just really not something I would ever recommend, especially to one of our Japanese friends. I'm really not kidding when I tell you with the slight exception of maybe 10 square feet I've paid hundreds of USD for similar accommodations. Thankfully our family are finally talking about a Japanese trip after all this blows over. I simply can't wait. Gonna gain like 10 pounds of glory weight, it's gonna be great! I just love traveling and eating new food and meeting new people, I really think Japan is the perfect place for us after having done the whole Europe thing and traveled coast to coast in the US.
Super happy that you made this video. I've been planning out my trip to Japan and was looking at affordable hotels in Nagasaki. Awesome video as always!
I have been binge-watching your videos over the past couple of days, and I always find myself getting so immersed! This is a stressful time of the semester, so yours and Satoshi's calm, gentle energy, as well as the lovely ambience of the city reminds me to step back and breathe each time. Keep doing what you do. Looking forward to more.
I knew exactly what this hotel would be before I clicked on it, because I stayed there 8 years ago. It was part of Chisun chain at that time. Great location, very clean, perfectly good amount of ameneties. Cool friendly rock bar across the road too.
Thank you the hotel tour. For the price, they provide you with more than enough. You have your own furo and bath salts were a nice touch. It was nice to see the bridge and gate.
Great price for the kind of room, im very impressed.. so funny that in europe we have the perception that japan is super expensive.. nice content bro! 👍👍
What do you think of the hotel chain Toyoko Inn? During my last stay in Japan I have often stayed in one because I could book the room easily by the internet. Thank you for sharing your video with us.
When I went to nagasaki, it was a goliday weekend, so the weren't cheap options to choose. Finally stayed at the JR hotel in Nagasaki-eki, US$ 80 per night
45 Dollars a night in Nagasaki what a Bargain especially with the complimentary toiletries, green tea and slippers. Room looks nice and clean as well. Nagasaki looks beautiful 😀👍
Ahh the classic hotel room mini fridge. So when you go out to eat and bring leftovers back to your room and end up throwing it away the morning you check out of the hotel. Lol.
DESERVES MORE VIEWS! I just checked and 1 dollar is 1000 views, so he only made about 24 dollars. He didn't even make the money! Give him your subs ;-;
I mean this Hotel is Amazzzzzzingggg!!!. They literally just gave everything In your daily life you will ever need.. this hotel is just perfectttttttt....That even gave you shoe Drippler. Emergency torch.what would we even need in life than this..... And the hotel including the bathroom are just so shiny and clean. I really wanna visit thereee
Your basic $50 dollar hotel there is the equivalent of a 4 and half star hotel here in America. I'm kind of jealous. Lol. For 50 dollars here, you won't find anything half as decent.
Depending on the location and how close to the city centre. For that price it is worth it. For one or two person passing by hotel is a choice but airbnb road trip with frens will be much worth it tho.
Question: why have a water bucket to pour water over yourself when the shower head is flexible? The bowl seems unnecessary when you can rinse off with the shower hose.
Gotta love the proper toilets even separated from the shower. Many of the older properties have the fragile-looking plastic-mold bathrooms which I dislike.
Nagasaki is a very enjoyable city. Even the crowded tourist hotspots are pretty good, but it also hides a couple of gems to find. And even though of course its history is sad and unfortunate, it does make the city unique in many ways.
So idk if this was just a dream, or was just unique to a hotel/motel I stayed in when I was younger (staying in one was super rare so maybe this is why it stands out) but I remember there being a sink outside the bathroom. The bathroom also had a sink, but there was one outside of it, also.
Looking forward to seeing Nagasaki. Don't think I can ever visit there or Hiroshima after what happened during WW2. I'm a proud American but I also love Japan and its really painful when I think about the bombings. Hope it never ever happens anywhere in the world again.
I felt cheated man,in ortigas area in manila Philippines I paid little less for what you paid for this wonderful room full of amenities and I got nothing much in my room.I wish corona will over soon and we will travel to Japan.
I think that if you put “$45.73 hotel room” that it would attract more attention and viewers. Seems like a funny trend on UA-cam videos that I’ve seen.
So what I notice in Japanese hotels is that there are anemia kits almost everywhere in the hotel that I don't have to take with me as a traveler to Japan. For example, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair dryer, shaver, soap, shampoo and and and. This makes traveling a lot easier. I like that. :-)
I really hope Japan's pioneering technology can team up with China's ultra incredible building quality and efficiency. That will mean doom for their opponents...
Man, it must be so nice to travel an entire country so quickly, conveniently, cheaply, and safely.
Must be nice to be allowed to travel at all...
@@mats7492 Having to stay within your home country isn't so much of a downside when you live in Japan.
Keep on moving! Don't stop! Your videos are amazzzzzing! Always happy to see them!
Shinichi-That’s a really nice hotel room for a solo traveler and the price is so reasonable! Thanks for sharing it with us!
Wish there were hotels as nice as this for similar prices in the US!
i love how japan kept it's traditions alive with it being hospitable & it's people being respectful & honorable. just one big reason i love japan so much. the food is next on this list xD

@@thany3 True, I'm going to go to Japan as a trip after COVID 19 is gone :D
It’s insane how many amenities you get and how clean that room looks for only $45!! Lol that would never happen in the US
Yeah, not enough surfaces to lock everything down to in order to keep them from getting lifted! 😆

I like the cleanliness and neatness of everything and all the small amenities make a difference.
Super happy that you made this video. I've been planning out my trip to Japan and was looking at affordable hotels in Nagasaki. Awesome video as always!
Thanks for sharing a bit of your train ride with us. That hotel looks cheap and comfortable as well!
A nice and clean hotel with a reasonable price and an interesting view. You can't go wrong staying here. 🤗❤🛫🙏🌎
Yes!! Epic street food video? Can't wait.😄

My husband and I are planning to concentrate on western Japan during our next trip so this is really useful. Thank you, Shinichi!
Wow inside the train looks so clean n relaxing 😎😌
Shinichi are these Pandemic prices or the regular rates?
I believe these are off peak prices. They aren’t expensive to begin with
Found your channel yesterday and I absolutely loved it
Can I just say that I love your videos and content! Keep up the great work dude👍

Such a nice room for such a low price! Thank you for showing us! I am excited to see your adventures in Nagasaki.
Ooh! I've never been to Nagasaki. Looking forward to your street food videos!
Thanks for sharing this video. Looks like a descent room 😉
I'm sure you enjoyed it 😊
Hi Shinichi how you doing good to see you awesome video thanks stay safe God BLESS to all
Thank you the hotel tour. For the price, they provide you with more than enough. You have your own furo and bath salts were a nice touch. It was nice to see the bridge and gate.
It's incredible how functional and equipped a cheap room like that can be. Thank you for your videos!
P.s. I can't wait for the street food video!

I really like the ambience and the minimalism of Japanese hotel .

Wonderful ! Thank you for posting the video :)

I have so much respect for Japan, I hope travel restrictions end soon.
I would not consider spending a night in a 50.00 room anywhere in the U.S.
Are the teas and coffees for free or do they charge you if you take them?
45 Dollars a night in Nagasaki what a Bargain especially with the complimentary toiletries, green tea and slippers. Room looks nice and clean as well. Nagasaki looks beautiful 😀👍
It's so nice and cheap hotel, thank you for sharing..
Excellent price for that room! Beautiful little town too.
Love your videos. You put your heart into them.
This was a great deal Shinichi-san! It’s a really nice room. 👍
Very nice room and at a great price. Awesome.
I wouldn’t dream of having a place that nice to stay in the UK for £50 a night! And in a city as well. Amazing.
Awesome hotel room for the price you enjoy ur stay safe
Looking forward to your premiere tonight, sorry I don’t fancy yr hotel room 😔 I’m a snob 😊
Ahh the classic hotel room mini fridge. So when you go out to eat and bring leftovers back to your room and end up throwing it away the morning you check out of the hotel. Lol.

Is the price for the room or per person?
I really really recommand using the 360° camera to record the beatutiful moment lol, so that I can use my VR to feel the cozy moment as you did😄

This is better than the hotel I work at. It's at 189 USD a night right now.
189 JPY is really not a bad price for a stay 😁
@@thany3 USD
@@rtgbhreth I knew it wasn't JPY of course 😅
But 189 USD, if a reasonably premium experience with half-board, might not be all that bad.
Do Japanese hotel rooms have thermostats to adjust the temperature in the room?
Do you take Justin with you on your travels or does someone else watch him? Or is everything in Japan close enough not to need a pet sitter?
I wish that I could live in Japan, I love all ur videos.❤️🇺🇸
Is it the hotel room price for 1 or 2 persons?
Your basic $50 dollar hotel there is the equivalent of a 4 and half star hotel here in America. I'm kind of jealous. Lol. For 50 dollars here, you won't find anything half as decent.
I don't think crack motels are even that cheap here.
I believe that's the cost per person, so double that for two people. Still not a bad price, but not quite as cheap as it first appears.
Depending on the location and how close to the city centre. For that price it is worth it. For one or two person passing by hotel is a choice but airbnb road trip with frens will be much worth it tho.

I love yours vídeos amazing 👏🥳 I'm Marcela from Brasil
Can we take everything home?
Love how the sink and toilet are separate from the actual bathroom. Never seen that before in Japanese hotels.

Very nice room!
I heard that the sun shines very brightly there
Nagasaki is a very enjoyable city. Even the crowded tourist hotspots are pretty good, but it also hides a couple of gems to find.
And even though of course its history is sad and unfortunate, it does make the city unique in many ways.
For some reason, the wire net on the window pushes my buttons.
Seems ike a decent hotel for the price, but probably not so good for the claustrophobic. What does the name of the hotel mean?
You know, I have no idea what the name means. Been wondering the same thing myself
That hotel is so much nicer and cleaner then some of the ones out here in the US.
If you could see what a $50 hotel room is like here, you'd think you were on a different planet!
MY THANKS AND APPRECIATION.

Great
"Now I have the best view of the city!" Me: I can only see a fence!
7:06 I'm kinda mad that you didn't wait till 3:33 and 33 seconds xD
wish the video was longer i wanted to see the exterior and the lobby as well 😭
Only 50 a night???? Wow, fantastic!!!
Seems like a fully equipped single room. How can they make it so cheap?...
It is totally cool
Like first 😉
I saw so much from japan. ..
All left is me seeing mexico or texas
I like the room- not too bad. Good price.
About the size of a Cruise ship. Convenient for the price.
toilet has bidet? excellent. i can't live without water.
Looking forward to seeing Nagasaki. Don't think I can ever visit there or Hiroshima after what happened during WW2. I'm a proud American but I also love Japan and its really painful when I think about the bombings. Hope it never ever happens anywhere in the world again.
come on, there are few travel activities both domestic and international, the present room rate is not representative.
I felt cheated man,in ortigas area in manila Philippines I paid little less for what you paid for this wonderful room full of amenities and I got nothing much in my room.I wish corona will over soon and we will travel to Japan.
I stayed at the S-Peria in Kyoto in 2019. Nice hotel but the location wasn't that great for getting around Kyoto.
I think that if you put “$45.73 hotel room” that it would attract more attention and viewers. Seems like a funny trend on UA-cam videos that I’ve seen.
UA-cam trends are so strange.
Somebody take me to Japan
How was the coffee 😛☕?!
I don’t drink coffee so I can’t say. Sorry!
Chotto a minute. They offer in room massages at 100 yen per minute? Is this common? I've never heard of in room massages like that.
Why are hotels so cheap there? I live in the small US and the hotels are expensive.
The hotels in Japan are way cheaper than the US. Whenever I visit the US, I find the hotels to be extremely expensive.
Wow that's so cheap for such a decent hotel!

Not bad for $50 although the toilet is a bit small.
