Great review. I ordered the 8x42 10x42 and 12x50 Banner Cloud APO. Received the 12x50:and its FOV is noticeably wider than ny Swarovski NL Pure 12x42. Great bargain at $609 plus shipping. Not as sharp as the Swarovski but good enough fir under $1000 id say ita right about the Vortex Razor UHD 12x50 level of clarity with a massively wider FOV.
Thanks for this excellent review in a great setting! One thing that you alluded to is the repression of diffuse light in the Sky rover 8x42 compared to much more expensive binoculars also known for wide fields. Veiling glare may be another term for this. If I am understanding this correctly, it could represent a significant advantage for this Banner Cloud binocular over the more expensive line.
Hi sorry for the delay, referring to the glare I mentioned my experience with the Swarovski EL and the other day I managed to try it against the NL PURE, going beyond the problems of the NL that you will know and which also depend on the eye relief, way of getting closer to binoculars and more, the SkyRover seemed better to me in this situation, but for example it has a little more diffused light than the Victory SF and the Noctivid. In the price range at which it is offered it is practically unbeatable, in my opinion.

Ottimo prodotto, come comparto ottico. L' ergonomia e le finiture non sono purtroppo all' altezza ma in questa fascia di prezzo qualche difetto è inevitabile. Ho apprezzato le riprese al crepuscolo dove emergono o meno le qualità delle lenti e la trasmissione della luce. Un caro saluto Piergiovanni.

Hola. Non ho potuto compararli insieme e ti darei un giudizio errato, penso che il nuovo Banner Cloud otticamente sia piu' vicino a un Top di GAMMA tipo SFL che a un Conquest HD, anche se la costruzione del Conquest mi pare piu' robusta e precisa.
Ciao Andrea, provo a chiederlo a Sky Rover e ti avviso, il problema è che a loro ogni volta costa spedizione, dogana e poi il ritiro. Non è come avere un distributore italiano o europeo.
