I suspect, whether Helsinki the best, always Kokoomus (Coalition) 1st position in Helsinki city council, and policy of Kokoomus is not so brilliant. My choice and favourite is Sosialidemokraatit (Social Democrats).

This clip really reminds me of the time spent one summer in Helsinki back in 2019. I miss it and hope to visit it again when this crisis is over! I wonder what the covid situation in Helsinki is currently? I see fewer people wearing masks in the city??
Nice to hear it brought back memories from the trip. Situation last summer was very good as can be seen in this video. Now most of the people wear masks in city centre (I will soon upload video of that) and there are many more cases now yet the situation isn't critical compared to most other countries. Let's hope we beat this thing this year and you can come back to Finland! :)

Over here in Tokyo, Japan, people wear masks, which we are used to doing, but in Europe, it might be somewhat weird for many to wear them, I understand.
