Loved the video! Any advise for those transferring from customer services into HR for applications?
I started out in customer services as well, and what really helped me gain a HR position was the fact that I had experience with confidential documentations. And that is something you deal with everyday in the HR field.

Time management is very important. So manage your time well, follow the processes, always take notes, and remember the policies.

How many times do you normally have to call ? I will be starting HR Administrator from Monday in office ? Thank you
It all really depends on the company. I worked for a large global company that had about 30K employees. So our phones rang all the time. Especially around this time because of open enrollment for 2023 benefits.
Is it easy or hard job
It could go either way. I think as long as you're up to date with federal and state laws and also the company policies, then the job shouldn't be too difficult. You also need to be a people person. That helps alot.
Is hr administrator a hard job?
It depends. I wouldn't say it's hard. But it does require a lot of people skills and paintence. If you aren't good with people and dealing with their problems every single day then it's not the job for you.
