Everyone who watches this channel has seen these kind of projects fail. We've seen, or had, that one project that languishes for years, eventually getting sent off to the scrap yard. You got this one to a point where it will have one last grand adventure. Outstanding job. Best of luck, can't wait for the next video.
As an Alaskan, and a big fan of yours, I'm sorry that I missed you at the event this year. I wish I'd have found your channel sooner. Your videos on VinWiki are my favorites.
For the Union Flag; your T-shirt is the modern flag, the reference photo on the phone you used for the paint is the original 1606 one! Play spot the difference... (technically, the answer is Northern Ireland)
Cool Jag and planned adventure! Don't forget to add the Irish component (Cross of St. Patrick) to your Union Jack paint scheme to bring the flag appearance up to date.
Its a surprisingly good body for an S II L but........ It's a Series 2 Jagwah with a SB Chev in it, the electrics alone make it a dicey proposition. It will run and drive nicely, it looks really good and like a lot of fun but it is what it is, a Driveway stain made good for one last adventure even though the body and underside looks fantastic *Sniff* If you want to hate on Jag destruction go watch Hammond destroy a 420G on whoops at a BmX type track....
Hey John congratulations on the Channel. I have enjoyed your stories since I seen this can be red. Lmao . Thank you for sharing. I seen this car take it's Swan Dive off of the cliff. I must say it was most epic. So far my favorite car stories from you are the Whittington bros. / The six wheel F1 car my all time favorite F1 type cars . My #1 favorite stories is the Ford vs Ferrari. The 918 story is most excellent 👌 as well. I look forward to seeing more of your epic adventur es . Thank you zg
So I see some comments that indicate that it did in fact launch as planned but I can't find the video. I guess there was no travel vlog / launch video?
Nice window tint. I’ll be one of those dudes saying that shell isn’t rusty enough to launch into the Alaskan sky. Edit, finding video of this cars actual destruction was actually shockingly difficult after all this buildup.
B.L jags r like playing russian roulette , they r either excellent or terrible. in the u.k now its generally ok as the bad ones have all been round the banger track and r now unrecogniseable and barely moving ,and the ones still going on the road r good
Nothing makes you want to drive a jag off a cliff like spending 5 days in a jag. When the time comes, you’ll be delighted.

The Union Jaaaag, what a wonderful name and a wonderful job!
You should be jumping this afternoon (I'm east coast) awaiting the videos.
Damn John you are lucky! You got the limited edition of XJ6 with wireless Bluetooth emergency brake! What a find!
Absolutely bangin' job guys!! Thanks for the shout out!!
It’s about time a new video comes out
A lot of work to jump it off a cliff, but what an epic adventure and a great story to tell.
“Hopefully the mechanical gremlins are all sorted”. Oh how Canadian border crossing John and Mechanic Matt wish this was true 🤣. Fantastic work gents!
I just forwarded this to HRH Queen Elizabeth II.
She replied, and I quote "Those a$$holes again, off with their heads"
I can't wait to see the footage.
Great to see another video, keep em' coming John!
COOL SHIRT!🤣
Absolutely one of the most epic roadtrips I have ever had!!!
Have a great flight John / Loveit!!!!

No Cross of Saint Patrick. When did they add it to the Crosses of Saint George and Saint Andrew?
He's just prepared for Irish unification lol
@@danielseelye6005 1801 when Ireland was formally added to the UK
At 10:09.. Got to read your shirt.
Still laughing, Twisted humor, classic.
Best to you Scott 🏁 97 VDP Jaaaag.
So cool...

Thanks! Flag is circa 1776 for the 4th of July. So purposely no Irish.
Would love some knowledge on the whole "worst jags" and being related to the strike
What‽! My man John Ficarra was in my home state and I didn't know it? Would have dealt with all the traffic and dust to meet you.
Dang, it broke down more than I did this week!

Great work getting it to go. Did you do anything on the inside? Anything to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee?
Loving the videos john! So glad you have your own channel now. Have you considered getting a wireless microphone for you to wear?

What a trip it will be.
I hope we get some footage of the Union Jag going airborne!
At least you’re jumping a jaaaaag
Damn, in ghe uk that car would be a keeper, its hanging out its ass but its chassis looked fairly salvageable
NOOOO! That car is too good to destroy!

having areas where old cars dont rust and die isnt always a good thing in the uk the bad old jags have got so much rust they arnt worth saving
When this car dies... we see new stig or what?😄🤔🇪🇪
If all your friends drove off a cliff would you do it too?
Why you dissing Ireland?
Raccoons left the wreck a long time ago
What happened to the road-trip and cliff videos?!
john!!!
as a toaster owner, MATT, do not sell your Element!
