I've had the pleasure of visiting New Orleans multiple times, and I think your video is good. Jackson Square and the Steamboats are great. As for the WWII museum, you cannot say enough good things about it. I'm no history buff, but even I spent 4 hours in there one day, and was never bored. It is amazing. I also highly recommend watching the movie they show, It's a few dollars extra, but well worth it. The only thing I would add to your video is a trip to the Vue Orleans. It is an interactive history experience, and ends up taking you 34 floors above the city where you can walk out and get a 360 view from up high.
