Madeline started slowly gaining a crush on Cody and she stalks him a little before Cody finally finds out about her crush and starts to hang out with her more. He then started to develop small feelings towards Madeline and started to hang out with her more, Cody goes to a party Madeline had invited him too, later into the party they sneak off and kiss, they then start dating in private. The next day Cody ignored her because he was annoyed she had told everyone about them dating, he wanted it to stay hidden. Cody and Madeline then argue about the publicity of their relationship and Madeline starts to question if he even loves her (He does not..) so Cody gaslights her a little into thinking he does. Cody ends up realising he is starting to obsess over the thought of her. He only liked the thought if her, he didn’t really love her like how she ends up loving him. The next few days pass and they go back to being all “Lovey dovey”. Later Cody ends up getting introduced to Ashlynn and he soon realises he loves Ashlynn, they start to get close, Ashlynn wasn’t aware of their dating status until later. Madeline keeps running into Cody and Ashlynn doing ‘Coupley things’ she starts to develop a toxic hatred towards Ashlynn. Madeline later confronts Cody about it, he just looks at her then walks away. Madeline tells her best friend, Blythe, about what has been happening and explains how much she hates Ashlynn to Blythe, Blythe just listens. He tries to end things with Madeline but she starts to get physical and manipulative then she uses her baseball bat and injures him, back at home after the incident she gets angry at herself for hurting Cody. At school when Cody is finally healed, Madeline tries to apologise but he is still upset and walks away. The next week he is seen crying into Ashlynns arms, he is ranting to her about ‘Someone in his life’ and how toxic they are. Madeline gets angry that he told Ashlynn this stuff and she goes to the police to put Cody’s dad in prison as revenge, Cody finds out it was Madeline who did it and Madeline guilt trips him into thinking it was his fault. He stays with Madeline but still sees Ashlynn as a friend, a close friend. Ashlynn figures out that Cody and Madeline are dating. A few days later Madeline and Cody are arguing again because he is unsure if she does love him or if there is something else happening.. she uses something he said to her against him, he then feels bad and drops it. Madeline is now fully obsessed with Cody. Cody hurts Madeline by siding with Ashlynn in a fight they were having , she cry about it then gets all psycho about it. Ashlynn figures out that Madeline is gaslighting him and she tries to tell him, he basically Denys it and changes the topic. After school Madeline tries to gaslight Cody into liking her over Ashlynn but Cody is tired of her tricks and leaves the situation. Madeline then goes crazy when she sees Ashlynn and Cody together after she spoke to them individually about staying away from eachother. Madeline plans how she can make Ashlynn leave Codys life, she finds a way, a very extreme way. She kills Ashlynn. Leaving Cody trapped and forced to run into Madelines arms. Madeline won.,, Cody was hers. But will he escape her? Maybe, you’ll just have to and see!!! :D
