Holy cats! Yet another ingenious idea! What a great way to add a pretty detail to picots. I'm in the process of spinning a beautifully dyed Merino, so the plies and twists you explain make absolute sense to me and this technique will be easier for me to master. Thank you for providing us with another well made and much appreciated video.
'Holy cats'? 🤣hehe, That's one I haven't heard before! I'm really happy that the plies and twists made sense... As you would no doubt know(being a spinner) there is a lot of info on that topic. I tried to give enough information to be useful, but then thought I may have 'overloaded'.
I'm glad you found it helpful.
Wow! So simple ;yet may give the desired look wherever needed!
Thanks for sharing and an extra Thanku for added details about twists👍😊❤
My pleasure 😊
Brilliants,
keep it coming , thank you
Thanks!
Thank you for the video! Clear and helpful as always!
Thank you!
Beautiful work 👏 👌
Thank you😊
Thanks for this. I needed it for this years (2023) TIAS by Jane Eborall.
Glad I could help!😁
Fantastic, thank you very much.
You are welcome!
I’m working a butterfly pattern and want to make twisted picots in the pattern for the antennae. The antenna are in a ring for the head so I’m going to work SCMRs instead of a true ring.
Let me know how you go - it sounds like an interesting butterfly!
