- So I have been dying to try to make my own hats ever since I saw these cute baseball caps everywhere online and in local stores. So when I got my new heat press delivered, I knew it was the perfect time to sublimate some hat patches and attach them to some hats. So in this video, I show you step by step how to make your own hat patches and how to get them on your hats!

Do you know the name of the joanns fabric? You mentioned outdoor so I’m wondering if it’s the duck cloth.
What type of 100% polyester fabric is that from Joanns? You mentioned outdoor.
The burlap I have is 100 percent polyester. It has a smooth and rough side. Which side should you sublimated on?

I haven't yet but am going to. I sell most of my products on my website and in a local shop where I live. After doing some research the average price I found for these hats were $20-$25
Could you use heat n bond on the back of the patches and press it on with a hat press ?
I bought heat n bond to try so hope it works. Another video used double sided adhesive and heat pressed it.
