you can do the same concept with wide U moves when you have a solved corner and an unsolved edge, which is especially useful for OH

Switching the playback to 0.25x, I found that it's

This looks like it might be really useful, but unfortunately for an ancient relic like myself everything happens so fast that I can’t follow what you’re doing or even hear your words (yes I’m a slow listener 😜).
This is not your fault absolutely, and I guess I don’t belong to your target audience, but if I may make a suggestion, how about adding some text to the video description with the moves you’re executing, anchored to the time stamps of the video, like I did in my recent offering. ua-cam.com/video/2X7KxcUGkDw/v-deo.html
This is such a well-filmed video, and it would be awesome if it were accessible to a wider audience, so that this knowledge could be spread to as many people as possible.
