E.L.A - Empreendedoras Lideres do Amanha

Empreendedoras Líderes do Amanhã (E.L.A) is an initiative developed by the International Youth Watch (OIJ) to empower young women, particularly from favelas, through entrepreneurial education and leadership training. The program focuses on providing financial literacy, business skills, and mentorship to enable participants to become successful entrepreneurs and community leaders. By fostering these skills, E.L.A aims to address issues of social equity and economic stability, contributing to the sustainable development of their communities.
