I am 38 years old. My communication skills are non existent. The idea of changing my voice has never entered my mind. About 24 hours ago youtube recommended me your first video. No doubt thanks to Trump in effecting the way Companies scam people. Anyhow this is completely life changing. I will thank the God for your existence! knowledge is lonelyness, Kindness is given freely. thanks Vinh you are a light in this World!

Awesome video. For me everything changed when I started exploring books on Mindbloomery. My fav is "Power of assertiveness: Unlock your potential" because I learned how to communicate with confidence and to stop settling for less. The thing is that listening to others carefully and responding to them assertively is also really important. Assertiveness is a life changing skill, at least it was for me.

Crazy. This is so timely. I’m part of a Community of Practice and part of our purpose is community as a verb. And part of this was plugged into a large group of people who were laid off last November (2024). And all those laid off formed a community, not a network, to help eachother find jobs. In one month, 13% of the group found new jobs. This continues. All of this is the points you made about giving.
    Wow!!

    Thanks Vinh. Notes 👇🏽
1.) Do some pre-stalking (research), baby. Gives you something to talk about and impresses the person.
2.) Put on your big girl pants and go in, talk to them with the goal to connect, not gain. Actively listen.
3.) Think about how you can help them. Offer something. Give first.

It all comes round. The bill always comes due. What you send out (will always) come back to you. It's not maybe or might come back but it (will) come back. Life's what (you) make it. The moment you project blame for (anything} it does not matter what it is, you are letting yourself down. You may think it's a bad boss or bad co workers but it's not. It is (you)...
This is the base that so many people miss. Try being kind because you want to not to get something back. Sending out kindness with the intent of getting something back is tainted with evil because it will come back to you with the intent of getting something back...
First be honest with yourself and everything else will follow!

    Hello Vinh,
I truly appreciate your material-it adds tremendous value to both my professional and personal growth. I especially loved the phrase: "You worry less about what people think of you..." It resonated deeply with me, and I became curious about its origin. After a quick search, it seems to be attributed to Eleanor Roosevelt.

Thank you for your channel. Many people, like me with autism, say they feel like they're missing a rulebook in communication everyone else seems to just have automatically. I've just found your channel. I think I've found the rulebook in you. Or least half of it...
I'm about to start a UA-cam channel to push myself to face my social anxiety and my autism. I hope you'll help me. I have a massive mountain of challenges ahead of me. A mountain of anxiety. Anxiety that many people have never felt to equivalent of. It's terrifying but it's a war I've been fighting my whole life. I'll be darned if I give up now. Wish me luck.
Also, giving that starting a conversation is difficult enough, what about my issue where I never have any idea what to say ever? More, how do I talk to other bad communicators who aren't really paying attention and don't ask follow up questions or are interested in talking about something I have no ideas or thoughts about? After all a conversation is basically a series of questions back and forth.

So, your email to your Masterclass is a little confusing. The When: states Wed Feb 12, then the "confirmation" states feb 13th. I am pretty sure it will be the 13 (as that is when the Zoom cal is) but the conflicting info is unclear.
Edit: Upon saving the date in my Google Calendar, it is saved on the 12th, but the Appt reads 1:30 13 February. Wow, I simply hope, when I log in, I am actually in the webinar.

Two major differences I have with this, just in the first minute of his presentation - 1) his definition of success is completely different from my own. 2) the rhetoric of career/professionalism/expertise/net worth is degrading from the top-down perspective. Karl Jung described it as the psychic atomization of the individual, which he fathomed would lead to the Dark Side committing unspeakable acts of evil on the bottom classes. I fully agree with Karl's assessment. From the bottom-up perspective, the rhetoric of professionalism seems to be something to strive for. It's not entirely invalid and irrelevant, what I'm point out is that it's not the best choice for an individual. In fact, it's a terribly poor choice, given what can be done in the future to control masses of people. If you like being subject to that kind of dependence - then by all means become the professional, suicidal masochist.
