Hey Chris, your little "coffee grinder" is actually a weed grinder. That little scraper is to scrape all the crystal from the very bottom and the tray is where all the weed goes. But a cool little grinder tho. Cheers buddy.✌🇨🇦🔥
@East Coast Wild Camping ohhhh lol. Cheers bro, thanks for watching
When the coffee pot engulfed in flames 🤣🤣 and yea that "coffee" grinder seems repurposed lol
@Corey Gunzzz this is that grinders first purpose lol. It may be for something else. The flames were awesome lol. Thanks for watching bro
I actually think the lantern is pretty cool. Oh, I am digging the video production area. Thanks for sharing.
@Trucker Jon’s Outdoor Shenanigans it is pretty cool. The studio I built when I first decided to do UA-cam. It’s one of my first videos. Not a good one lol. Thanks for watching
I feel the coffee grinder would work bad ass for grinding some Marijuana. Coffee looked fantastic
@KUSH in the BUSH LOL it may. Thanks for watching bro
The tripod adds height to an already spindly tower, and a single central fixing?
A quick release collar around the base with splayable legs would keep it all close to the ground.
As the existing disposable cans cope with the pressure, I imagine not much thicker walls needed, but the valve and connectors need to outlast many operations.
Great as it is the weight penalty is high and stability not good for a pot of water.
Thanks for sharing though.
Take care, all the very best regards.
Yeah a tripod could add even more unevenness but a short low tripod may help. May lol. Thanks for watching.
Chris, I had promised myself "no more gear" for a while. Then, you spring that cool little coffee grinder on us. Plus, it comes with a brush for your whisker's!! Ok---I may have to pick one of those up, then, no more gear for a while! Well, it's worth a try anyway.🤣 Cool little stove. Take it easy my friend!! Roger
@RkF the brush is it’s only selling point lol. Thanks for watching bro!
Nice cute little tank. That and a mini stove should fit nicely inside the titanium cup with one room for coffee/tea and milk, sugar, etc. Perfect for a cuppa on the go
@Chris ‘CJ’ Jones yeah all into a tiny little cup. Pretty neat. Thanks for watching bro
Cute little fella 🤣 I actually like the lantern option over the cooking use. Nice to have both options though 👍
@Rick Harkema so cute right! Both option are nice. Thanks for watching
Ok but it could be a whole lot lighter, and have splay out legs for stability.
Like you I would have it for a gas stove.
Thanks for sharing.
I think the weight comes from having thick enough walls to allow for refilling safely. It can attach to a tripod to make it more stable. Thanks for watching
That would be awesome for a day hike lunch.
For a lantern.... I love my UCO lanterns. I have a couple of the originals and picked up a mini this winter.
@Doc_Watson my thought exactly, perfect for hikes. I love my uco lantern as well. A friend sent it to me as a gift last year. It’s so cool. Works so freaking well for just a candle. Thanks for watching
That’s pretty cool. Especially with it getting to be such a huge flame. Impractical, perhaps.. But who doesn’t like the ability to have their very own flamethrower tho?!?.. 🤷🏻♂️😁🫡
@FahhCuee lol flamethrower option is totally a plus. Thanks for watching
That is a sweet little lantern. Pretty cool concept. Thanks for sharing with us brother
@Jeff Jackson yeah it’s pretty neat. Thanks for watching bro!
@@AdventureswithSpackmann oh yeah! You are very welcome
I feel like that lantern is a single s’more cooker. The tank is pretty dang cool for a small cup hiking drink kit.
Happy Monday- spent all day driving yesterday so I missed this one behind the wheel. Thanks for another fun one!
@Miles Robertson single s’mores cooker, great idea! Happy Tuesday now lol. You’re welcome and thanks for watching bro!
Unless you're using a small cup to boil water, I would suggest a short extension stem for anything bigger.
It reflects heat down on the tank and the little sucker gets hot..
Oh good idea!
@@AdventureswithSpackmann I tried my windmaster stove on this canister, honestly it would make for a good hot water boiler for dry food, tea or coffee.. It just doesn't hold that much fuel maybe for an overnight adventure. Whatever you do don't leave the candle lamp on it if it has fuel, mine bled the Butane with the valve fully closed.. The candle lamp at med flame will burn at least 7 to 8 hrs. If you over fill it the flame will jump up and down, just shut it down take it off reinstall it and try again. That usually takes care of that. It's cool it's cute but I trust the old small 110g Isobutane canister all the way, I refill them with butane anyway.
Yeah I’d say it’s good for 2-3 boils. Maybe dinner dehydrated meal and morning coffee/oatmeal. But it’s cool to have, gear junkie!
That's awesome! Looks like it'll fit inside a Toaks 450ml as well
@Campfires and Cold Beers it so would fit in there with room to spare. Thanks for watching
I have a Capresso coffee grinder. It's awesome, but you definitely can't take it with you camping. Lol
@Nicole S where there’s a will there is a way lol. Thanks for watching
I have the exact same coffee grinder…yet… I’ve never used it for coffee 😂
You must be using it wrong. Thanks for watching lol
@@AdventureswithSpackmannyou are using it wrong .. go ask James Hoffman or lance Hedrick and they will help you find the perfect grinder for you. But this is not it.. trust me any actual coffee grinder will do a better job than a weed grinder ✌️
@BLUE-wk8wh weed grinder? What no way
I found buying this tank with the candle gas lamp is way less expensive than to buy the tank.
And you get a cool wooden box to put emergency candles in.
Right! And good idea for the box. Thanks for watching
I think I would prefer a mantle lantern over a candle flame. Even a 3/8" wick kerosene lantern doesn't put out that much light if you're not surrounded by walls to reflect it back.
Nothing beats the mantle lantern. I have one this small actually. A one mantle lantern. It’s pretty cool. Thanks for watching
That is not a coffe grinder 😂😂😂
Really? Thanks for watching
I gave you another shout out on todays curb shopping video and used this vdo in the link.. I really like the tiny canister but I dont really have a space issue, on the other hand that lantern is pretty freakin sweet! you had it turned up WAY to high btw. thats a really cool coffee set up of course I can barely manage to make filter bag coffee before Ive had my coffee so theres that and Im not even supposed to have real coffee in the morning but the poor over thing would be cool for a dessert decafe
@Doc Ink the canister is really cool. I have a few refillable tanks I plan on doing a video on them all. Some big, some small. Some just right lol. Thanks for shout out again, another entry has been added. Thanks for watching bro!
Do you know the weight of the gas canister?
@Scandinature unfortunately my scale is broken so I am unable to get a weight of the canister. It is not light weight though. Thanks for watching
The grinder would work better for grinding buds not beans lol.
@Anthony’s Adventures #budsnotbeans lmao thanks for watching
@@AdventureswithSpackmann lol bro.
What a true gear head Lol!! 🤣
Gear heads unite!!!
That not a coffee grinder its a weed grinder :)
🤷♂️ thanks for watching
Would be nice to know how many boils you could have gotten.
I’ll make a follow up at some point. Thanks for watching
Can you fill it with propane, or does it only work with that ISO butane crap?
@Bud Williams I can’t recommend you use propane but I have used propane in the iso tanks before with backpacking stoves and it works just fine in my opinion.
@@AdventureswithSpackmann Be careful. Propane has to be higher pressure to liquify. I have refilled the 1 lb propane cans from a 20 lb tank but wouldn't put it in an ISO can.
@@budwilliams6590 I have 1lb refillable propane tanks too. I’ve only used propane in a iso tank once and was too nervous to do it again lol
Isn't Iso-Butane just 80% Butane and 20% Propane? And doesn't that allow canister fuel to operate above 6,000-feet whereas pure-Butane won't? Doesn't pure-Propane require a heavier, high-pressure canister, where blended with Butane doesn't? Therefore, isn't Iso-Butane just about the perfect canister fuel for backpacking?
@@tomnoyb8301 idk the ratio of propane/butane. But what you are saying makes sense logically. Thanks for watching
It doesn't come with a generator, so if you suddenly open the valve, the butane gas will blow up as a liquid and turn into a red flame 🔥 That's an amateur's way of using it, and it's sloppy!! ️Let the liquid settle and open the valv
Ahhhh thank you.
Very cool the whole system could be a smoking kit 😅 grinder and torch just need 2 butter knives!! Lolol it's a third world technique 😆✌️💚✊️🔥
@Canadian Craftsman lol sure could. Thanks for watching
I prefer liquid fuels to compressed gasses.
@Bud Williams like white gas?
@@AdventureswithSpackmann Yes. A SVEA 123 with a full talk of Coleman fuel (white gas with rust inhibitors and stabilizers) would be my choice over that.
Sputters because it is overfilled. With 110g of fuel, useless as a stove. As a candle. last a couple hours. I spoke with the company in China and they will not extend the canister length to 125mm to accommodate 200g-220g of fuel.
I don’t know about useless as a stove. I can get a couple boils out of a tank. Thanks for watching
It spits and sputters because liquid fuel is coming out.
@Bud Williams think it’s cause it’s too full?
@@AdventureswithSpackmann probably. If it only, does it when it's first filled but not after you use some gas out of it then that is surely it.
@Bud Williams makes a lot of sense. Thanks bro!
