Chad does ride like it's his life mission! He's an inspiration to me, he may be 50 years old but age is just a number for that dude! I hope I can rip like him in 20 years 🙌🤘

Patrick Riggs it’s 2 inches wider than stock right now, it would be nice to extended arms and a wider axle next season. I also want to get a 450 so maybe I can make that work and keep the raptor set up for the trails 😊

Anyways me and my dad have been going on short little rides, not going to fast because I never really have driven an atv before so I’m still learning and taking it slow. When we move in 4 days we will have some land to ride on! It will be fun and I can Think of how much fun I’m going to have. Your videos are really cool and I think what you do is really fun!

Dude you could seriously tear a track up on an Mx width 450. When you do get a 450 you should come race one of the district 14 atv Mx series races here in Michigan. It would make for some sweet footage! Nice little whip on the Raptor too. You were really rippin it up

As much as I love the double berm at 13:40. The tweak on the jump at 13:47 was my favorite clip for sure! I need to come to Appleton with you sometime! That track looks fun! 👌
Jonathan Maser it’s definitely a fun place to play. The berms are fun to practice on and the jumps are pretty moderate and forgiving. It would be fun if more places had simple little tracks like this

Im not too far from Appleton OHV. Havent been there in years tho. Theyve expanded it since last time i was there. When i was there most of that new part was under water. Is the dirtbike clay track still there? It had some big double jumps.. Im up in Alexandria about 45mins away .
The water levels are the lowest they've been all year. Yesterdays ride was a blast and we almost had the whole place to ourselves. The track is still there but unfortunately it was in the worst shape I've seen all year lol.. if I was 45 minutes away I would be there a couple times a month 😅

Dylan Negron the TRX isn’t geared very tall so I beat him on the top end. It pulls pretty hard and technically has more horsepower than my raptor. I’ll be riding with Taylor on his Predator this weekend so maybe we’ll find a spot to line them up
Off the line the TRX is hard to beat since it's built up to 520. The Raptor would most likely take it in the top end due to taller gearing. Chad just had his 450 rebuilt and it definitely would spank my Raptor now haha

How old are you? A 90 to a 700 is a huge jump like Raul said. You could look into the Raptor 250 as well. Those even have a clutch so you can learn that as well. You want to fit on your machine, otherwise you won’t be very comfortable
Yeah the trx250 is a great quad, rented one at durhamtown and it had plenty of power, and made it through sketchy, muddy climbs with side by side ruts all over them.
this is in Appleton MN. As far as I know you need state registration to ride Wisconsin trails. I just paid for an annual non resident Wisconsin trail pass and it was $35
I have a full HMF performance series. I'm planning on switching to empire exhaust tho. My handlebars are the Pro Taper Contour in the "ATV Mid" bend. I have all my other mods listed in my descriptions 👍
stgdz it’s really varies on the location. Appleton is a small park so we don’t cover a lot of ground necessarily, most rides have about 2-3 hours of seat time. I’d say a maximum of about 75 miles if it’s fast, smooth trail. Really depends on who’s riding and where we are
luke schermerhorn I’m running the GBC XC masters. They’re a cheaper version of the Maxxis Razr2’s. I like the tires but they’re pretty aggressive. Chad used to have the ITP GNCC tires on his TRX and I may look into those. These GBC tires are super durable. I’ve been using them all season and they’ve barely worn at all. They’re a pretty hard tire
Boaz Zollinger I don’t do anything crazy steep. Normally I’m riding several hours away from home and I don’t go up anything that’s sketchy, I’ve watched too many quads tumble over the years. It would be sick to have a quad that was a bit of a beater that i wouldn’t have to worry about tho🤔🤔
I figured I would wear them out a bit more before I replace them. I'm not sure what i'll replace everything with. The GBC XC Master's are sweet but I've always liked the look of the ITP GNCC tires, Chad had them on his TRX and they seemed like they hooked up really well

hmm I would give the machine a good walk around looking for any abnormal abuse. If stuff is pretty worn out then they may not have maintained it very well, like the chain and sprockets for example. Maybe look for any stress marks in the plastic indicating if it's been rolled over. I look to see how clean the engine and everything is within the frame, kinda tells you how often they may have washed the machine. Could always check the air filter too, make sure that looks good. If the owner seems pretty experienced and transparent about the machines history thats helps. Normally it's pretty obvious if the machine has been through the ringer. I'd say a 2013 would be priced around $3-4k in good condition. I've seen plenty of newer models with low hours sell for 5-6k.

andfish2112 Ive never had anyone say we’re not supposed to ride it. If there’s a bunch of guys riding on bikes I wait for them to take a break. We kick up way more dust than them. If your respectful than you should be fine! That place is just one big playground anyways
also there is a atv practice track that goes around the mx track thats alot of fun but it doesnt have the berms like the mx track does.I only commented becouse it is an awesome place to ride and i would hate to see a bunch of less respectful riders ruin it for the rest of us.
I’m heartbroken, had to sell my 2007 400ex. I was just about to build a 250r powered 450r retro quad. But the cops, homeland security or epa will take them away. Behind enemy lines here....

I would want to find a used one that I could race, I bought an extended warranty for this new raptor and I don't want to wreck it 😅theres a good chance I'll be adding another machine to the garage next season. been looking at buying a used 2013 700r. any tips on what to look for?
hmm I would give the machine a good walk around looking for any abnormal abuse. If stuff is pretty worn out then they may not have maintained it very well, like the chain and sprockets for example. Maybe look for any stress marks in the plastic indicating if it's been rolled over. I look to see how clean the engine and everything is within the frame, kinda tells you how often they may have washed the machine. Could always check the air filter too, make sure that looks good. If the owner seems pretty experienced and transparent about the machines history thats helps. Normally it's pretty obvious if the machine has been through the ringer. I'd say a 2013 would be priced around $3-4k in good condition. I've seen plenty of newer models with low hours sell for 5-6k.

andfish2112 Ive never had anyone say we’re not supposed to ride it. If there’s a bunch of guys riding on bikes I wait for them to take a break. We kick up way more dust than them. If your respectful than you should be fine! That place is just one big playground anyways

also there is a atv practice track that goes around the mx track thats alot of fun but it doesnt have the berms like the mx track does.I only commented becouse it is an awesome place to ride and i would hate to see a bunch of less respectful riders ruin it for the rest of us.

@@milasdaughdrill1674 I do think it would be sweet to set the 700 up for racing. I would want to find a used one that I could race, I bought an extended warranty for this new raptor and I don't want to wreck it 😅theres a good chance I'll be adding another machine to the garage next season. The main reason I want a 450 is for the occasional track day, I like jumping and cornering them a lot more than the Raptor
