@@ladidadi1 Lets be real Austin was a Bust, He was the number 1 high school player in the nation if i'm not mistaken. He was voted ACC player of the year as a Freshman at Duke and was taken in the top 10.(all of which he earned, through hard work not given by his dad) As far as career goes at the very least he had a very underwhelming career for what could've been.

Sure, but he played 11 years in the league and had multiple 30 and 20 point games. A bust is not lasting that long in any profession.

He played on 7 teams in 11 seasons, plenty of players can be a journeyman and hop from team to team doing the bear minimum. He is not a bucket he only averaged double digits twice his whole career as a SG. A bench player for the Pistons just dropped 50 so i'm not impressed he had one 41 pt game. Darko Milicic and Kwame Brown two people who are universally known as bust both played 10 seasons

What gets me is the level of disrespect, basketball players are actually stupid in comparison to football player, the complexity of the 2 sports are night and day, let alone the physicality and athleticism it takes to track a player and football while backpedaling and reading the play as it happens. Basketball nowadays is mostly a game of pick and roll and adjust how you play the pick and roll, teams like warriors and nuggets embrace the team aspect but most teams don't. Every football team has to be a solid unit and work in unison to achieve their goal, basketball stars stand on the court and blame their teammates for their man scoring and think they would be successful in the ultimate team sport. It's disgraceful

With load management a NBA player might play 4 of the 17 NFL games. About 3% of the NBA might make a NFL practice squad.
