He was raised by his grandfather seen in the photo with 5yo Luis at 16:18, Luis was born in 1976, he was 28 in the remake. At some point his grandfather got bite by a wolf infected by Las Plagas and he started to act weird afterwards that Luis as a kid watched his only family member die in the flames after setting the house on fire. After such childhood trauma, Luis was a head of his time that he became a prodigy biologist as he wanted to study parasites to find the cure to the plaga that killed him, Luis then joined Umbrella where he was part of the team that created Nemesis, as well as creating medications, then he joined los illominados where he created all hybrid Plaga monsters in RE4 like El Gigante, Garradors, Regenerators, U-3, Verdugo & Novistador. I think their whole dynamic makes no sense in the og game. I mean they knew each other for like a day , why would there be strong feelings involved. Especially after 6 years. I like that the remake is more realistic because quite frankly Ada does not give af about Leon( she did not even try to contact him after letting him think that she was dead) I don’t think that aeon people know what real (LOVE) is.
Dude.. In this remake Ada was kind enough that we wanted to go on the helicopter with her instead of a jet ski and she didn't even have to point a gun at us to recover the plagas that in the original
I do admit that I like the remake’s relationship between Leon and Ashley (though the OG Ashley was okay with being rejected by Leon). What i didn’t like is that they cut out the opportunity to have “She’s a part of me I can let go”. Ashley had more interaction with Ada in the remake then in the original, so it would have made more sense for the line to be in the remake.
Two things I wish the remake ending had kept from the original. Saddler trying to control Leon, but he just grins because he's been purged of the Plagas. Ashley asking Leon about Ada, and he answers: "She's like a part of my past I can't let go of."
Dialogues between Leon and his enemies It gave the game its own flavor Most of them have now been deleted Leon wasn't used to being serious most of the time
Sure they removed some old lines but you can’t just ignore the new lines they added as well, every boss fight Leon says something that that shows it’s still Leon, the dialogue between him, Luis, Ada, Ashley still keeps the charm, he says cheesy shit for boss fights that in the original he never spoke to. You’re not mad because the game didn’t keep its charm, you’re mad that they didn’t keep all of the original lines
@@masterpiece8846 yeah like this "what are you? ma mother ?" or "you talk to much" then i start blasting or "tell someone who give a sht" i like the newer version he is serious, no cringe joke in the middle of zombies or parisites, just a man who has a deep trauma on his first day and then he is fighing his trauma back sorry for bad eng
I think Leon slowly accepted Ashley, even though he word it in a different way to feel like he’s turning her down. Instead of saying, Ada is a part of me that I can’t let go, Leon said to Ashley that she needs to learn a lesson and a knife safety. So you know that both on Ashley are getting closer. ❤️🔥❤️🔥
I should have known that Wesker is part of the this evil mercenary plot. If anyone had caught this foreshadow back in Resident Evil 2 then we wouldn’t have suspected that, we would already know where this plot is going to take place next. Now guys don’t take my comment for it and spoil it to anyone, it’s just what I have found. Maybe this foreshadowing could be a clue to the Resident Evil 5 remake when it comes out in the future.
Clever credits with the pictures. The original was only drawn pictures. Here it goes from the friendly portraits then transition with a thunderstorm to old cameras. Showing it's distance in tone from the homely framed ones. Ending with a modern photo for data on the parasite. Though I feel these are much softer only showing vague illustrations and symbolic graveyard. The original had you see the children neglected and starving, the family members becoming distant and warped ending with their complete insanity and conversion. It was more direct and graphic. Somehow the procedural obligatory needle was more horrific than the gory ceremony. It showed them systematically being condemned to a horrible fate under the guise of caring and putting their trust under their leader.
I wonder if there going to remake all the resident evils like this because I would love to see 6 done right it’s story is cool it was just not designed well
She actually asks if Ada is fine and Leon says that she's tough. Then gets jealous and says "You seem to know her" so they didn't really left it out. Btw my wording isn't correct.
I think it’s better this way I mean aeon is dead anyways. Blud is in his mid forty’s and still lonely af. Ada is 48 by now so I don’t think that it makes sense to continue a ship that will never happen.
@@Sam-wb6zmI think you’re taking their relationship out of context. They clearly want each other to this day but it’s their jobs that keep them apart.
So much toxicity in the comments section when someone mentions the original, the remake's simps can't handle that people can have different opinions.
Ada is such a tease. Leon had to bite the bullet and keep his mind on the mission when she said "Are you coming" 😅
Two things I wish the remake ending had kept from the original.
Saddler trying to control Leon, but he just grins because he's been purged of the Plagas.
Ashley asking Leon about Ada, and he answers: "She's like a part of my past I can't let go of."
14:21 this music is glorious. Anyone know what it is
15:08 why didn't he answer to her
What’s up with Ada’s voice?
It sounds really off, what happened to the actress in 2?
Dialogues between Leon and his enemies
It gave the game its own flavor
Most of them have now been deleted
Leon wasn't used to being serious most of the time
After completing it, I was very disappointed in the lack of taunting between Salazar & Leon.
@@masterpiece8846 yeah like this "what are you? ma mother ?"
or "you talk to much" then i start blasting
or "tell someone who give a sht"
i like the newer version
he is serious, no cringe joke in the middle of zombies or parisites,
just a man who has a deep trauma on his first day
and then he is fighing his trauma back
sorry for bad eng
I think Leon slowly accepted Ashley, even though he word it in a different way to feel like he’s turning her down. Instead of saying, Ada is a part of me that I can’t let go, Leon said to Ashley that she needs to learn a lesson and a knife safety. So you know that both on Ashley are getting closer. ❤️🔥❤️🔥
I'm a new subscriber and I enjoyed the video and I can't wait for more videos
they picked the ada voice actor from a bargin bin, straight skyrim mod tier performance
Apparently she was from Welcome to Raccoon City.
Agreed
You described it just perfectly lmao
IKR!
Bro how the game isn't even out yet
Early Access
@@DhavidSetiawanKilluaDhavid I guess that but damn to already be at the end
@@TGVW some people even might get the game weeks before its released lol
Leon be like: “fml” in the thumbnail
S+ tier game, easily one of the best REs… can’t wait til 5 remake.
Ada is zoned out on xanax. Peak performance by the voice actor
I really hope Ashley and Leon will appear again in next re game
Like how it shows how the Ganados are convulsing/slowly and most likely painfully dying with Saddler being dead
Best game of the year
8:47 Woah i didn't know leon is a high jumper
I wonder if there going to remake all the resident evils like this because I would love to see 6 done right it’s story is cool it was just not designed well
Kinda disappointed that they left out the when ashley asked about ADA i mean that was literally the line that kept AEON GOING
Their jobs aren’t something they’d just give up for each other because they love doing them, even though realistically they’d have to. Despite their situations they are canonically still interested in each other.
@@roamingtheinternet8652 Bro there are even files FROM CAPCOM who say that they are not interested romantically in each other. Ada is not an uwu girl who dreams about love.
Had to come here to watch the ending cutscene because I skipped it like a dumbass while trying to take a photo in photomode.
RE5 remake in 2025 calling it now
Honestly I want a Code Veronica Remake.
I've always been curious what is that boat that Ada saw in the end? Is it the jet ski where Leon and Ashley are in??
yep
a quick question does the rocket thrower trick still work?
Leon doesn't reapond to the call, he might drilling the President's Daughter. 😅😅😅
Can't wait for resident evil 5 remake in 2029, lol
that’d be interesting tho with the co-op function
@@DriasMuncher maybe
Chris vs Albert Wesker in volcano😂
Me waiting re8 remake
I think im dead
18:04 Excella Gione and the altar with the flowers from RE5!
Who else can’t get over how Ada sounds so flat
It fits her character. She is cold 🥶
I've said it before and I'll say it again....man, I love being a turtle.
i dont understand what hunnigan is looking in the monitor
