hey! thanks a lot! 2 questions: 1) when you put the leg behind the other leg, preparing it for the kick, you want to have it bend quite high behind your other leg right? like when i see you it is quite high (above the knee/near the buttocks height). 2) when you kick your legs, you want to extend it right? thanks a lot!
Hi there! Thank you for engaging! 1. no not super high and to be honest i do not put my mind in there at all. Its the position that is called "hold", you get there in release, so it shall happened more or less automatically. do not try to make it bent! 2. yes, the movement is "kick". Kick consists of "kick forward" and "hold position" (bent leg). You should not try to make kick or hold forcefully, it works based on momentum. yours!
