You can convert the Madera. The hub shells are the same as the mini. If you visit the profile website and look at hub parts you’ll find the axle you need and the cassette parts list what they fit and the Madera is listed. It for the cost of the axle, driver, bolts and cog you might consider a new hub and keep the one you have ready for another day. The price will be very close to the same.
how much would this conversion cost? i've got a limited colourway set of hubs, dont really want to change them but want to convert the rear axel so that all of my bike is allen key fitments

@@challett3991 how can i put a freewheel instead of that, can i just buy a cog and put it over the tooth because i want to make it 17T
I've watched five videos about this hub, and nobody can explain which way to flip the driver spacer.
Is it possible too switch the mini hub from lhd to rhd

No you would need a new hub pretty much
