Sponge cake is very soft but it is not like the normal cake we make.
Egg smell is more even after adding orange juice. So I preferred putting nutmeg so that smell of the egg is less. This is my suggestion.

This recipe turned out really bad for me. I've been baking for a long time but my cake just collapsed as soon as it came out of the oven and felt like a pancake consistency with a dense texture. Felt like a baked omlette more than a cake and I was bloated after eating a few slices. I wouldn't recommend it, but I hope it works for whoever tries it.
