That frame is at 2:05- what I believe you're seeing is the moment when the tire stops sliding sideways and bites the road, compressing while taking the weight and powerful momentum of the bike and rider.
@@pictlandpickers1171 Great friendly racing. There is a presentation on Thursday night for the race winners so you can mingle with the riders. It is a good short road circuit with a grid start to the races so who crosses the line first is the winner. Well worth a visit.
