I love doing things on a budget and I love being creative, so I thought in the spirit of my DIY PROM DRESS being such a viral hit, I would do it home decor style and show you how to make your own furniture cheap, easy, and fabulously!

In LA their have been cases where children play with the spray paint :/ That’s why it’s locked up.
I've always seen it locked up- probably to dissuade hooligans from stealing it to use for graffiti, or at least that's what I always assumed.
