I work in a fine dining Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese and Indian infusion restaurant and I have to say that pho and Korean short ribs and boa buns are probably our number one sellers. Korean food is amazing, and there really has an art to it all on it's own. 😉👍

As some others have said, I think are Rats are a real issue though I don't think opening a restaurant inside a subway is a good idea.

I’ve been visiting NYC for over 20 years. In fact, hubby and I are heading there this weekend for our 4th Broadway show this year. I have never, ever seen a rat on any street, in any building, or in any subway station in those 20+ years. Truth. My husband saw just one, in August, dead in a trap. I’m sure this restaurant has a plan to avoid ANY infestation of ANY vermin and/or insects. I’d love to try this restaurant; but, I’m sure they’re booked this weekend and I’m sure our cash flow won’t allow it!! 😉. I am heading over to their website right now to check out the menu!
At the same time the subway rat, stray dog, raccoon, and squirrel problem magically disappeared

they need more than that to pay the staff..unless they making 100k a week i cant see this as profitable
I was doing calculations too. I'd double to triple that when you include drinks, desert and tip. It's at least $400/person. But even $10-15k a night, I still don't see how they would make a profit with at least 2 co-owners, an executive chef and a waitstaff of at least 7 (1 servers/ 2 people max) and all of the back of house staff!
I think of subway I think of rats. I'm good because nope. I hope their customers enjoy smh.

Oh boy!!!! I don't know how I feel about that. All I think about is rats or roaches. And plus the food is decorated? All pretty and stuff....gosh an investment. I could only see myself having a cocktail there.

I was right…my pocketbook will be screaming if hubby and I dined here. $225 person (12 and older…menu and price same for children-no one under 12 allowed); plus tax, tip and beverage(s). Easily minimum of $600 for 2. The menu for this week looks delish; although hubby wouldn’t dine here; it’s fish-heavy.
