“Welcome back to Stuntmen React. I’m Niko.”
“I’m Clint.”
“And I’m Jackie Chan.”
*Make it happen boys.*
Wert's Channel DONT U DO THIS TO ME
NOW I ABSOLUTELY NEED IT DAMNIT
jackie chan or christopher nolan! also PLZ react to the diablo 4 cinematic trailer with brandon on the couch with you
Ive wanted this ever since the first stuntmen react, plus he seems like the kinda guy who would like to do it, if his schedule ever lined up...
@@Fitz1993 The only things I've ever heard about Jackie Chan is that he's an asshole lol
Well he will be promoting that new movie with heavy visual affects coming up
Get the creator of "Killer Bean: Forever" on the show.
wasn't he also a vfx supervisor on some of the Matrix movies?
Bro i need that shit in my life
Lmao😂
YES.
Big Agree.

The ad was genius.
"So they like react videos? They'll watch an ad reaction!"
I was thinking that and couldn’t find any comments about it. Its like “Oh I didn’t have time to do an ad segment so we’ll reuse this one”
Can we get a VFX Artists React video to the ad reaction
@@JohnK_ Would like to see their reaction on that
*then
This was one of the only ads I actually watched on these videos
11:20 it's totally oil being dropped onto a plane of glass being filmed from below
You should do (2009) Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen: "Devastator" Scene
And how it crashed every computer that tried to render it
EDIT: It melted a computer
Another one i think was Driller bot from dark of the moon which also was a nightmare to render
yes please, this would be so cool
They should have an episode on the transformer movies
@@gavenpowell6084 Those showed up before on the show. At least once.
@@gavenpowell6084 they did include transformers 1 in one of their previous episodes.
I just can't quite wrap my head about the fact that David went from having a UA-cam channel named "ponysmasher" to _directing a blockbuster superhero film for DC._ That's incredible and *VERY* inspiring!
Right?? And he remains a down to earth guy, posting behind the scenes stuff and explanations on his youtube channel
I thought he was already a director that just so happened to have a youtube channel. I guess it's the other way around.
Hopefully Niko&Sam will get to Direct a Big Budget Blockbuster Movie soon.
As I understand it, first there was the UA-cam channel where he posted homemade horror shorts, then he got some of them in some film festivals, which eventually landed him an opportunity to recreate one of them into "lights out", which probably what opened doors to the Hollywood? Or something like that.
I've been meaning to tell my bf's stepdad to watch this show for AGES, finally remembered last night bc he'd posted some old pictures of him working on vfx. So after dinner we watched the most recent episode.
I kid you all not, turns out he fucking worked on Jaws-3D. He knows what it looks like, though, so after I died of mortification, we had a pretty good laugh!
Get Robert Rodriguez. He’s always a good guest about breaking down his films.
"Don't say Captain Disillusion! We're trying!"
Fine... then please get Captain D's faithful assistant, Alan! :)
What about Ian Hubert?
Yea
@@Luka1180 Yes!
@@Luka1180 no alan is captain d pretending to be some one else (alan)
@@brandocolate6564 Umm, I know that? I was suggesting someone else.
James Gunn should be interesting, his work on Guardians is heavily dependend on VFX (like most Marvel movies)
Marcos 340 yes that would be amazing!!!
yes, and don't forget scooby doo
Slither and Super both had some vfx too
I think if they approach him when he's done with the new Suicide Squad he'd be super cool about it
Yes!
The fact that he learner Blender on his own through UA-cam and made the end credit scenes which were on Big screen is really commendable job 👏🏻👏🏻
Because I love the ponysmasher channel, this was just special to me.
Whenever a special guest comes onto this show:
Clint: Ight, Imma head out

It would be great to bring in Andy Serkis to talk about his experience as CGI characters.
He's busy with Venom 2
good one!
Alexander Kottner yes yes yes
Yes please
this right here
Adam Savage would be amazing for this show. I feel his enthusiasm would really be great
David Sandberg's short "Lights Out" is still one of my favorite horror shorts ever. And the full length movie was brilliant as well. Awesome to see him here with you guys! :D
Jackie Chan for Stuntmen React would be dream come true !
Agreed
That would be awsome!!
huss_tingz exactly
I’d love to see Andy Serkis come in tontalk about his work on LOTR, King Kong, and the Apes trilogy
Good shout
Oh damn, that would be amazing!
YOOO THIS NEEDS TO BE HAPPENED
David is a great, relatable, honest and underrated director
You should definitely get Jackie Chan and Tom Cruise to a Stuntmen react episode!!
Kiran Kannan heck yeah
Yea they must would be epic
And get Tom to react to his deepfake
they are not that famous...
@@Shiqari145 what Earth do you live on?
Yes, Jaws 3D is almost 40 years old... but even back then, everybody thought that looked terrible.

Useful Video ua-cam.com/video/ap43_9FYr80/v-deo.html
That whole bit about the Rock in the skydiving scene? It's the chin angle guys. As an artist, I can tell you exactly where the shading and angle is off: it's the chin.
Nice
Dredd scenes: heavy machine gun sequence and Mama death scene (face squish).
Yeah that good good. If i am not mistaken its low budget but still can compete
George Lucas actually would be a fascinating guest to talk about the history of some of this stuff since he was almost single-handedly responsible for pushing some big techs through to reality, or at least bringing a lot of popular attention to them. Maybe not for new stuff, but going through some of his early computer stuff through the prequels and talking about technical choices made would be cool.
He probably wouldn't do it, but yeah, it'd be cool to talk to him.
ADAM SAVAGE WOULD BE INCREDIBLE- also the sponsor spot this time was hilarious
Oh shit yea!! Adam would have great insights to physics and costuming
I almost felt bad for the guy, he seemed genuinely disappointed by some of the shortcomings in Shazam...
I think its just his way of speaking
Guys, regarding "smoke simulations" - I can't remember if you already done the scene from Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix where Deatheaters and Aurors appears in the room with the Veil... i wanna see your react on it. However - all Deatheaters smoke movement in all HP movies are dope!
Yeah I want to see that too
Well, I wasn't even thinking about Captain Disillusion until you said. Now he's the only guy I wanna see y'all have on.
I totally support this message. Lol
hell to the YES
YES, before I was watching Corridor Crew, I watched ALL Captain Disillusion videos
Maybe I should start one of those completely useless online petitions to get him on Corridor Crew.
@@jaxager sure. like petition.org?
I’d love to see Jackie Chan breakdown his stunts that would be cool
Every scene is just like, it took 20 takes and 4 injuries but I did it right
Camera wasn't rolling so I did it again 😂
YES
YEAS JACKIE CHAN
Even better: Jackie Chan breaks down his stunts, and Wren, Nico, and Clint compete on who reproduces each stunt better.
REAL Jackie Chan stunt Olympics.
I believe he's done that before a few times :)
The only part of the shark that is bone, not cartilage, is the jaws.
Lol, appearntly because of only cartilage in their body, sharks are immune to cancer!
@Thoughts, it is actually a myth. Sharks can get cancer. They usually get skin cancer.
I love how in rampage they ignore the monsters and review The Rock
Guys, here's a request: Deadpool's opening credits
(Either way, thanks for all the hard work!)
yes yes yes!!
That's entirely on CGI right?
"Don't say captain disillusion!"
Ok, I wont.... But I still want him.
Do you know lazy tutorials? This guy is a genius too
SuperOrangeMan 23
Who?
@@madjaster9620 Search him on youtube. He's been debunking CGI viral videos for 10+ years while making great CGI himself.
@@daniellopespvh2 OH YES !!! lazy tutorial guy should be on this show !!!!
@@daniellopespvh2 Not AS entertaining, but I like his videos too.
I love how you show an escene and we focus on something just to instant know there was something we didn't realized it was there :0
It's cool because I don't feel jelous or useless, I feel admiration :)
I would just like to say one thing, thank you, it is because of you that I actually started to appreciate and observe everything cgi related and realised that some things that I thought were very easy to do and shrugged them off as just some generic bs and not something very hard to do.
People you need to have on:
Jackie Chan
Steve the landlord
STEVE!!
Not gonna lie, Steve would be awesome
PLEASE have Steve on the show!
Do Steve knows VFX tho? If not, it would be great to have an episode in which they explain him the techniques used and he just discusses them like a "regular fella"
"Guys... this couch would be WAY more comfortable if we had some chronic dope!" - Steve the Landlord
Jackie Chan for a stuntman react would be so dope
That's to far men
I'd love to see you guys talk about the mo-cap in 'Detroit: Become Human' with the actor Bryan Dechart.
I'm new to the channel and I've been binging all your stunt and CGI episodes all day while in isolation! It's been super interesting and I'm learning so much! Thank you for all the entertaining videos and I cant wait to see more! Great work guys! I hope you're staying healthy and safe!
Omg YES, I've been wanting to see their reactions to that abysmal Jaws 3 shark since I found this series!
Yeah, it's real bad. xD Thank you for joining me and so many others in my suffering!
The worlds most powerful man, Reanu Keeves.
You have gained my respect
Dont forget his trusted steed Glitterhoof
They will get him for the stuntmen react... I hope
Or DeepFake Keanu...again
The idea that the mask Looking Glass wears was even remotely CGI never crossed my mind at all. I'm still amazed that it is.
Gniffy Right?? I thought it was real
Same. They did an amazing job with that.
exactly lol
is the show any good? i have heard mixed reviews.
Me too... was so confused when they said it was cgi
Director wasn’t overly critical of Rampage, the Rock and him are to be working together on Black Adam and Shazam 2, producing Black Adam and directing Shazam 2
Only ad ever I’ve not skipped or at least thought about skipping, genius stuff.
Should get Adam Savage, Steven Spielberg or even George Lucas on the show! Maybe react to Indiana Jones and stuff.
of course
yes! get Adam Savage to react to indiana jones!!!!
Get Gus to react to Imbiamba Jomes and all his other big CGI films
Really doubt George Lucas gives a shit about this
Spielberg or Lucas may be impossible, but i’d really love to see Adam Savage with them
I'd still like to see a breakdown of King Arthur: Legend of the Sword.
As far as guests go. I'd love to see Keanu Reeves or Henry Cavill break down thier stunts.
Yes, that movie is so underrated!!!
that movie was so good im still so mad useless critics cheated everyone on seeing it 😭😭😭😭
The SFX in that movie were BOMB.
Henry Cavill uses a stunt double.
@@j.k.1239 I know some of his stunt works he's not been allowed to do despite wanting to, but he has said on numerous occasions that he doesn't believe in using them and tries to do as much as possible. I figured he'd at least be able to say what was him and what wasn't.
It only took you guys asking me 10,000 times, but I've finally subscribed!
Micheal Bay
He has a certain style he likes to repeat in movies but i love the fact he does so much of it practical that otherwise other artists would choose to do CG
Henry Cavil!!! He’s a humongous nerd and I’m sure he’d love to talk about his stunt work or experience being Superman
and the witcher
He's expensive probably, unless all these amazing people decide to be guests for free
The man from Uncle?
That d be awesome
I would imagine it'd definitely be a hard one to get, but maybe to promote Witcher season 2?
He is the one director who is talked about bad shots in his movies

I love Watchmen so much, and after watching the series I was so sad to find out I couldn't get a mask myself seeing it was vfx haha

Would love a legendary action star for a stuntmen react. Like Jackie Chan, Tony Jaa, Donnie Yen or even Iko Uwais.
I'm actually hyped that you showed quake 2, even if it was just for a second!
Why not try and get Christopher Nolan on the show, go big or go home.
Nolan isn't going big; James Cameron is going big.
@@derpimusmaximus8815 Last time Cameron was big in Titanic... so... :|

@@samturpie1756 Fair enough. I guess I came across as shitting on Nolan, which... you know, would be stupid.

5:12 Actually it's just the fact that he moves his head, but the lightning follows the mouvement of the heaf instead of changing angles.
He is such a great director and also a great person...

React to "THE MANDALORIAN" innovation of ILMVFX using UnrealEngine 4 and led environment with huge screens and stuff, similar to Oblivion.
MateoDeBonis wait, that was unreal?
@@sokandueler9578 Yes, ILM used Unreal Engine 4 in real time to recreate the planets and environments of TheMandalorian, you can check on their youtube channel ILMVFX
It's kind of funny how they make it sound like they invented it for The Mandalorian, but in reality it was used in First Man (2018), way before that... by an Oscar winning studio called DNEG:
ua-cam.com/play/PLC6yAyorSxz8K3zj2mj-XpWgK0rDUaUSo.html
Unreal seems to be todays standard!
@@tonyStorks it kind of is. The question is what it is that ILM really invented... Unreal is made by another company and using game engine footage in movies, have been done before.
And like I mentioned, DNEG used CGI on a "back projection" LED screen, before ILM...
I it weren't for the fact that they had to match archival, high resolution video (sometimes recorded @ 500fps), they might have used a game engine to.
Adam Savage. Having him react to movies he worked on while at ILM would be really cool, as well as movies that hes just passionate about.
Agreed. He would be super awesome to have
Well they already ripped of his "real iron man suit" video. Why not?
Jim and Collin from Canada! You can see them appear in redlettermedia every now and then. Jim actually created a model of the millennium falcon that looks so good!
That mirror mask has had my mind working overtime wondering if it was real or not. Brilliant.
I used to be one of the 40% that watched but never subbed. In my defence my feed was full of CC videos so I assumed I was subbed already.

Idk if I you guys already did it, but I'd love to see a reaction/breakdown of those classic UA-cam fan-made lightsaber duels
I love David S. and that he made it from humble beginnings to Hollywood!
And it’s funny, I just watched Shazam, and I did notice the animation of Greed in the board room being a bit basic. And it turns out there’s a good reason for it: deadlines.
You guys should react to the Disney film “Dinosaur” from the year 2000
I WAS JUST THINKING ABOUT THIS BECAUSE I WAS AT DISNEY THIS WEEK AND WATCHED DINOSAUR THE OTHER DAY!
I'd love this!
Can you do an "SFX Artists React" where you get an audio person on? Some crazy stuff in the foley business and how they make some sounds, like the Godzilla roar and whatnot
As a former audio engineer, I back this.
Get the guys who did sound on A Quiet Place
Nice to see new ways of brand plug-in
it’s cool not only just to hear a professional talk about how they did all these amazing things, but also recognize and point out the things that they think aren’t so good or they think they did bad at
Having Andy Serkis on the show would be so great
Oh my God just imagine
Yes, this is the comment i was looking for. I only need Andy Serkis and Jackie Chan for stuntmen reacts. I feel like James Cameron would be a great episode as well but he's kind of out of their league
PLEASE get Andy Serkis

It’d be awesome too see the special effects of Aliens with Stan Winston, a lot of what they did for that time was extremely well done and just to see how his mind works with coming up with the special effects/ visuals of the aliens themselves
Each of them needs to make a list of their top 10 visual effect shots.
Yes, that would be interesting.
The sponsor segment being Jake reacting to another sponsor segment is friggin brilliant XD
James Cameron. Maybe you guys can convince him to get that Alita sequel rolling!
That's on disney now with the fox buyout... Gotta convince them not Cameron, also alita wasn't in his hands in the end of the production anyways
@@dragonspike101 yeah james is kinda busy with avatar 2 through 4 for the next like decade sooooooooo
I made a disintegration effect in Unreal Engine pretty quickly by creating particles along the surface of an object or model then removing the model and allowing the particles to simulate. This created an instant vanish effect that looks really good and can be replicated super easily. The particles were only 1 pixel and matched the color on the surface they were taken from.
