Thanks for watching. There is so much to do here. If you want to know more of the local favorites check out @TheBestofStGeorge on Facebook and Instagram.
Great to see st george again , I'm british and stayed in st george in July 2019 , you show me alot I never saw like the food places behind pizza factory as I went there most nights in my stay , hopefully I will get a chance to come back one day ... stay safe ✌🇬🇧
I’ll stop there today on my way from Anaheim to Colorado, good video thanks for posting those places, I will be blogging for my channel tonight and flight my drone over Utah Hills!!#Hope people will be nice with a Mexican youtuber!!!!!
I was just there Oct 5 - 12. Bear Claw was a big hit and worth the wait ! Hint (French Toast filled with Vanilla Custard, Eggs, Bacon, Hash browns and a Blueberry Crepe to finish). George's Corner lacking in food service management practices; maybe it just wasn't their day. Harmon's Grocery - Has all the Top Shelf items + a Sorbet / Ice Cream and Coffee Bar ! Lot's to see in-town. Unbelievable amount of things to do inside a 40 mile radius !
There is new art displayed around town every year. The guitar artist does contribute something different every year. Very unique for sure. Thanks for watching.
No bars or any other 21+ venue? I know it's a small town, but Downtown St. George kinda sucks without at least one bar. Even Downtown Provo has a couple of dive bars.
Hi! I’ve been watching a lot of content about St George lately. I went there two years in a row to visit a friend of mine and do some square dancing. I have a question. Where did all the Dixie references/names of businesses, hospital etc come from??
Hello! Thanks for your comment. Dixie got it's name from the settlers who were sent here to raise cotton and make this a thriving area. The families who were sent had knowledge of farming from when they lived in the "South" and we got the name Utah's Dixie from them as they started to make this area a great place to live.
I find it very appealing to see. I used to go to Dick's Cafe starting in 1980 then throughout the next 2 decades. Don't know if it's still there, but the town has transitioned nicely from what I see in your video. I'm going to see a house for sale there this week. I'm in Ohio. But want to get back out West. I've been in Ohio for 8 years now from Los Angeles. Zion is my favorite place on earth.
Thanks for watching! Unfortunately Dick's Cafe is gone, but there are lots of great places to eat! Zion is my favorite too. Travel safe. Subscribe so you can stay updated.
Other than the one large parking garage, it looks like adequate parking space is in short supply. I see interesting things like lots of restaurants and art shops, but I am retired and refuse to drive around looking for a parking space. I couldn't tell if street parking is free or metered. If I have to feed a meter to eat at a downtown restaurant, that would nix St. George, for me. It would mean the town fathers are getting too greedy. St. George is still on our list of interesting places to live, but I'll have to visit sometime this winter to see for ourselves.
Thanks Richard for watching. Parking is free. There is always parking available in the parking garage. There are also other parking lots available too.
@@HowToBuildYourOwnHome Thank you. When seeing something for the first time, especially through a camera lense, it takes the brain a moment to register what it is seeing. When you are familiar with something it doesn’t seem like you’re going too fast because you know what you’re looking at. So a bit slower pace would give us a chance to take it all in. Thank you for responding.

That is an awesome guitar sculpture in vid around 2:10, saw another vid had guitar art as well, wondering if that a thing in st George?🎸

What a lovely downtown.
Thank you for watching.
Saint George is so wonderful. I wish I can live there.
Everything is possible !
I will be glad to help you find a home when the time is right for you to live your dream.
Definitely nobody around in the winter time! Like an old west ghost town
Thanks for watching.
Great Video
Thanks!

Is there a Seventh Day Adventist at St. Goerges?
Hello Nida! I do believe there is a SDA here.
Ωραίο βίντεο!
Thanks for watching.
Hi, I just found this.
Glad you're here!
I grew up here i miss it.
It’s a great place to grow up.
You have the red dirt in your shoes if you grew up here. Good memories of growing up here too. God Bless.
Does it snow here and heavy
No. It rarely snows in downtown St. George. If we get a little of the white stuff it melts quickly.
Snow in the mountains. In town rarely.
A nice tour but disappointed that it was done too fast to enjoy when seeing for the first time.
Thank you for viewing. I will do another at a more enjoyable pace.

Hello 😭😇
Thanks for watching.
Thanks for watching.
👍✌️
Thank you!
So this isn't Navajo Nation!?
This is southwest Utah. We are 1.5 hours from Las Vegas, NV.
Forever DIXIE.
Yes! Forever Dixie.
Not much foot traffic. I love the countryside, but the town itself is a bit underwhelming architecturally.
Thanks for watching. The town is working on bringing back the charm.
I think this place is so hot
hot is good. do you want to freeze.
Go to alaska
@@doomzy8622 no!! Hot is not good, freeze too.
But it is a dry heat in the summer. 😀
Too fast - made me dizzy!
Thank you for your comment. I am working on a better one. I will keep you posted.
Try and go a bit faster. 🙄
Thanks for watching. Update coming soon. Slower. ;)
It is a pretty town, but too much water waste, and too many lemmings.
Thanks for watching.
Boring, not a decent bar in the whole town.
Thanks for watching anyway.
