Complete BIGGER Back Workout (DO THESE!)

- If you want a bigger back, you have to build the upper back, lats and lower back. Let me show you how to do that. To build the upper back, do wide dumbbell rows, with the elbows slightly flared out to the side and Meadows row. To target the lats, do kneeling single arm pull downs. To target the lower back, do rack pulls using straps.

I just do Pull Ups, Seated Cable Rows, Single arm kneeling lat Pulldown and hyperextension
Depending on your grip for the rows, you mightn’t be working your upper back much. If it’s a wide grip it’s probably okay but if not then you working lats and lower back only in those exercises

I'd recommend wide grip pull ups for back instead of chin ups

Bro do you have nowhere to hang from? Try pull ups . If you can’t do pull ups try negatives and dead hangs. Also you could do dumbell rows with your elbows tucked in to target lats more

You know I was about to insult those dudes physique but then I realized how my mind has been corrupted because of the glorified steroid use. I don’t want to take this guy seriously because he’s not as big as a lot of the guys on social media but I don’t want to take them seriously because they use steroids! Straps are to compensate for a lack of grip strength
Your Back is stronger than your Forearms,they are a limiting factor.And you can compensate by training them in isolation.
