Recipe for homemade "Polish jagodzianki" - ingredients:
Dough
15 g of fresh yeast (or 1 teaspoon of dry yeast)
0.5 cups of sugar
0.5 glass of milk
1 cup of type 450 flour
1 cup of type 650 flour
50 g butter (melted)
3 yolks
salt
Filling
500 g of berries
2 heaping tablespoons of powdered sugar
2 heaping tablespoons of starch
12 g of sugar with vanilla (or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract)
Crumble
25 g butter (cold)
25 g of sugar
50 g of flour
Frosting
5 tablespoons of powdered sugar (depending on the density you want to achieve)
2 tablespoons of hot water
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Additionally
1 egg (for brushing the blueberries)
