I have a problem with the harness the ignition wire on the stator is a 3 orange wire and the two timing pick up wire are blue and white and the other is green and thats on the engine so it dosent match the harness

What do you mean it will fry out the starting wire I don’t get it I am haveing trouble with this part
What do i do if i dont have stock ruckus left, right control, and headlight plugs?? The guy just soldered wires together and i want the atr harness
you will have to re-pin and make clips coming from the harness. factory they come setup for the factory ruckus controls so whoever you got it from cut those off.
Does this harness work with factory hand controls?

I just ordered the atr harness and waiting for it to arrive. I know you said it is not recommended to use the oem fuel pump. I plan on using it until I can purchase a better one. Can you give more details on how to hook up the oem fuel pump?
Coming off the fuel pump is a red wire with black dots and a white wire with black dots.
we dont know exactly because it tends to overfill the gy6 carb. you have to hardwire in a flasher relay to give it a pulse. the mikuni fuel pump is under $30 so its not that much.
How'd it work just ordered mine ?
Did you figure this out? Im having issues with mikuni at WOT losing vacuum, was goin to run the electric
@@skylerepperson9801 I ordered mikuni vacuum pump. It works farely well. I don't know if I know enough to give advice. I would just say make sure all fuel and vacuum lines are secure, tight and leak free. If you are bogging on WOT then your either getting too much fuel or not enough. Could try adjusting the carb needle or changing your main jet.
If you upgrade the starter to the taida high torque gy6 starter can the ATR harness Electric starter wire (red) still fry out if you attach it to the taida starter motor ?
Bmo Dex no just upgrade the ground wire . If you don't keep your finger on the start button you will be ok we see some guy that hold the button down for 30 seconds if it doesn't start in 3 seconds stop and push again . Do burst not hold
okay i guess ill have to find that tab you guys were talking about. Ill attempt to cut the starter wire and attach it to the starter.

Can explain the red starter cable again? You said not to hook it to the starter because it will burn it up. Not sure what your talking about?
Ryan Courts only if you use the starter cable that comes on the starter. You take the one off the starter on the motor and use the one that comes with the harness. What he said was not to connect the one that comes on the harness to the one that comes on the starter of a new motor.
So dont connect the red starter wire to the the red wire that came with the motor?
On the ignition coil, i only have one prong, what should i do?
Well if you go to the site it will tell you but here it is . The black wire goes to the prong And the green wire we would put an eyelet connector and it gets grounded to the m6 bolt

With this harness I have to remove my stock one completely

no harness will work on MEt without mods, you will have to take the battery cable and move to the middle are you doing a MET ruck please email us for me info?
