I have a pan almost identical to yours, If you put more water in your pan you wouldn't need to turn your eggs. Bring your water to the boil first then turn it down low so it's not bubbling: The put your eggs in. And if you have your avocado on your toast you can put your egg directly onto your toast. And not cool your eggs by placing them onto a cold plate, you also don't have so much washing up. Fair Dinkum Aussie bloke!

I feel just like you do about how crazy it is to go pay $10 for this dish when you can just make it at home and not have to pay for transportation or tip someone. This is really inexpensive. And really, it isn't hard to make your own bread to cut down even further on expenses. I like to add alfalfa sprouts to top mine off. Thanks for posting the video!
