Excellent overview. Companies, States and Countries are buying or will buy in the near future. Who will be the first Big Country ? Probably already the UAE and I could see Norway as a sleeper. The USA will likely move the 200 or so BTC it has into the Treasury and call it DONE (As a Reserve), and not buy any additional. we will see.
It seems like saylor actually picks the worst times to buy. Almost like he is targeting the highest prices and it all dumps to crap after 😂. I am trying to turn off the MSTR down notifications to stop myself from smashing the phone on the wall. 🤬
@ lol , i know you believe but i will be honest, i have alot of twitter and reditt crypto related i don’t see anyone happy. I think he is alienating his allies , and making very powerful enemies that he doesn’t have the power to mess with. I am almost positive blackrock is going to smash him and find a way to take his btc most likely with government help. I hope i am wrong . But seen it too many times with other assets like bretton woods , british rail , argentine oil. He needs to tread carefully, his arms are too short to box with gods.
@ yeah thats fine if it was him and his money, but its not . He will find it increasingly harder to buy. He already is 50k to 5k and i doubt he even raises enough for 1k next time. I am willing to bet . Many people have margin and dont want to go broke making someone else rich in 10 years. He should have let share price recover and then bought. He did it with a bitcoin maximalist thinking and not a average joe . This just makes you appear a out of touch snob
@@bitcoinnotcrypto cool its funny how we have all the answers to fix our economy but no real way of sharing them with the people who can make the difference.
Feels like the opposite is about to happen instead. Which is ironically probably good for viewers of this channel but bad for the country as a whole. I'm short CAD for the foreseeable future. I hope I'm wrong.
If a country were to print their currency on the quiet and by BTC then who would know? Would there be any weakening of their currency? Often prices only move when details are leaked. They could then announce years later what they have done and the benefits to their country
If it's a massive operation, you would only notice throuh inflation. But I don't think that's the case, because this would require some type of "phantom financing" which has its limitations, given that very large expenditures would inevitably attract attention in countries whose budgets are transparent as a result of legal requirements. In some countries where this is not the case, it could happen, but still, I don't think there are that many leaders who see bitcoin as reserve.
@@bitcoinnotcrypto you didn't got it. It makes no sense to argue that the issuer of a currency needs to go into debt in the currency that it issues in order to be able to cover its expenses.
the first wins? No not necessarily. In 2017 I mortgaged my house to buy Bitcoin. 7 years later a friend of mine bought 10 times more Bitcoin than I have. Despite being 7 years later than me, he has 10 times as much Bitcoin as me. Did I win because I was first? No. He won because he had more money. If Zimbabwe prints money to buy Bitcoin, do they win? No, of course not. The US could wait a decade and obtain more Bitcoin than Zimbabwe while only printing a paltry amount of dollars for it.

Bitcoin EATS the Debt. Bitcoin is the only product which can do so without negative effect, but rather with much positive effect.
Makes total sense

Over the longer run, from his point of view it does not matter when he buys, he seems to think in decades though.

Can you please tell our prime minister that? We might have the 1-up on the USA for once.
Tomorrow's video is basically that

Not all at once now…
Sounds like MSTR is gonna win
🤔
The debt doesn’t have to be paid back. It’s the money in the economy
Then why do US has to pay interest on the debt. Lol
@ they don’t have to actually, they just choose to.
Just like you don't have to pay back your credit card debt, just good luck getting anyone to lend you money if you don't.
@ since the money comes from the federal government, the debt is not anything like a credit card.
