- Working at storyline today just in-between Mayfair and Marylebone.
Using a Modbar which looked super clean and was really fun! Haven’t used one since I completed my SCA barista skills intermediate course roughly 18 months ago so took me a minute to warm up…
Hope you enjoy!
Subscribe to see a different cafe every week!!
The efficiency and ergonomics of this set up hurts my back.
1 hour??? This is a blessing
Lit
HAHAHAH FR, IVE BEEN WAITING FOR AN HOUR OF THESE
you're a blessing
Always a good day whenever Connor uploads a long POV video
Why is this so relaxing? I can watch it for hours and hours.
How do you get to work at so many amazing cafés? It boggles my mind to see you work and has actually inspired me to get a job as a barista at my local coffee place! Thank you so much for your content, imma continue zoning out to this video
He doesn't answer questions about this. I don't know why he won't engage with his viewers.
He's perfectly valid not to, seems like a side hobby uploading to YT
You can work sort of freelance as a barista. Many baristas will take shifts at different cafes, the cafes might be running a low permanent staff and just hire freelance baristas to fill in the gaps. There are some platforms online that facilite it
@@Simon-zan THANK YOU FOR ANSWERING IT thank u big man 🤝🤝
I have a regular cafe I work at then do one of shifts around London for some fun! I use an app called baristas on tap
I just started as a barista, and your videos really fascinates me to get into this job. Please do a tutorial on how to properly steam milk and do latte art, it would be a great help for newbies like me. Thank you and God Bless!❤️
Recently started my first ever job as a barista and as a visual learner these videos are a god send and so helpful. I literally just put them on while I’m doing revision and it’s absolutely amazing :)
that little washing thing for the cups and such is so cute
Yes! I was wondering when another lengthy video was coming out. This is such a treat to wake up to.
NPCs talking in the background is something i never knew id like with POV vids lol
that lady in the background said "like" 8 times in 40 seconds. Really need to expand the vocab.
Makes the best coffee and supports Liverpool PERFECT.
LIVEEERRRRPOOOLLLL ❤️
blessing us with the 1 hour long vid on a sunday :)) amazing man keep going!!!
these are so relaxing and satisfying, im 16 and now wanting a job as a barista haha.
thanks Connor, your videos are always so fun to watch!
Wow that is a gorgeous establishment!! I expected this to be great background ambiance, but wow, this has been absolutely entrancing to watch!
This has to be the best café i've seen so far. So much thought going into the coffee. Not trying to produce as many coffees as possible and pouring sugar in it to compensate for horrible thing they just made. I hope to visit these some day.
Why was i hypnotized seeing this video!? What sort of coffee sorcery is this!!
Absolutely love your vlogs, they’ve definitely helped me to improve in my latte art making and even film so videos myself lol
1 hour?! OMG! Thank you so much 😭🥰
I loveeee these long form videos of yours. I use them to sleep. Goodnight everyone.
Love an hour long video and that integrated set up but the stabilisation on this made me queasy.
Watching this while I’m on my break working at Starbucks 😂
xddd
It was so satisfying when you added a little extra milk to the heart latte at the end. 😂 Excellent attention to detail! 👌🏻
I don't drink coffee but after watching this, I wanna give it a try
Oh my god I am so happy you made such a long video thank you so much bro I like your content ❤❤
Holy shit my goat! Appreciate the long vid. Gotta love it
Woooah 1 hour, what a pleasant surprise 🤩
Your videos are so good to watch! Thank you for this gorgeous content!
Glad you like them! Thanks for the support!
36:22 man, that matcha was poured so beautifully over the milk it ended up being like a snowy forest. Never tried matcha. Wonder what it tastes like. Btw I watched the whole video, and never got bored :D
Hey I’m new to this I absolutely do love the content, please do more videos like this for sure!!!
I do like how you work in a different environment and still make excellent coffee content, and ofc; more Latte Art😍
I am truly inspired!
Another absolutely incredible video!
I love to watch other barista stuff even tho I am barista too😅
I hope can use that equipments someday❤
the longer vids are definitely where it’s at man! thanks for the content :) can’t wait for the next one.
Plenty more to come! Thanks for the support
love the thumbnail ❤, always love your long POV video , its Very relaxing video , and your work behind the bar , motivate me to improve my skill of making coffee and reminded me to always clean the equipment and the counter after making coffee☺ , thank you❤
Thank you! this place is so aesthetic it's so easy to get a good picture! Glad you're enjoying the longer content. Thanks for the support
Great video. Props to you for being able to deal with those loud American girls (Umm, yea, yea, yea) at the beginning. 👏🏻
Thank you! 😃
Idk why I'm watching this but it's 30 minutes already been 😂
With your style, it look like you could go straight from the coffee shop to work in a men’s barbers 👍😉
My two roommates are barbers!
the way you just casually made that wall even dirtier....
I know lol
God bless every barista in the world
These videos have become an integral part of my evening routine since i started working as a barista 🥲😂
Love that!
3:40 sick! I’ve never seen a dedicated machine for doing pour over coffee
Ok that's it, I need my ConnorDoesCoffee content while I work and I am pretty sure the quality of my code improved thanks to it
In the video, someone speaks Arabic.Your video is very cool and interesting. Thank you for your videos☺️💐
Comecei a assistir seus vídeos hoje. Estou gostando de ver sua habilidade com as máquinas e o belo atendimento.
Saudações do Brasil!!!
YES MOD BAR !!!! my boss owns and created mod bar!! i love corey !!
BABE WAKE UP CONNOR POSTED A YT VIDEO
gran trabajo! sigue subiendo más
I love how pissed off the Emiratis in the back were XD
Therapy of the day ❤
I like listening everyone on the background haha
Meanwhile woman: 100x LIKE
This is free therapy, thanks Connor!
Agreed.
That is a very cool coffee bar
This is so enjoyable to watch, how do you get to work in so many different cafes? It's great variety for us watching and I guess you have some fun trying out different equipment. Take care, and keep on pouring them coffees 👏
Damn even the fringe of Mayfair is fancy. Surprised the grinder doesn't operate by weight though.
Unrelated, but whoever hasn't had oat milk - it is DELICIOUS. I actually drink both cows milk and oat milk, and much prefer oat milk. The flavor and the creaminess is crazy, I find the full fat oatly oat milk creamier than full fat milk, or perhaps equally as creamy.
So awesome. Ever tried to add blue tack to the lighter portafilter so that they weight the same so you don't have to tare each time?
Good work all round as usual though mate
I use some rubber bands usually but this isn't the main cafe I work at so don't want to interfere too much
I was hypnotized by that vid. Really enjoyable and strangely relaxing.
thanks for your videos connor!
wow this cafe have a unique setup
This is awesome! The only thing I would suggest is editing out others' conversations. It seems like a breech of privacy unless they are aware they are going to be in the video.
That iced spanish latte table really pissed me off lol
you shouldn't work in service then!
@@neville1311 yep
the espresso spill on the mod bar was tragic
so coozy this video, thanks!
I have the same combination of scales at my work and that little guy’s always buggin’ out😅
That pour over (around 4:00) was interesting. Not much water was used.
I agree
Those women in the cafe giving some gosssss! XD
love this dude on tiktok
Absolutely love this! If you see this comment, just so you know but used paper towels are sadly not recyclable so just bin them in the 'normal' bin :)
Hi man. Nice job you got. Is it possible ton know where to find your coffee bar. I like the design.
Thanks
I also want to know where I can make this bar like the design.
It is interesting when the grams in coffee are observed, but at the same time the approximate amount of milk is poured )
More 1 hour content pls! 😁
bro my boss would kill me if i dare to steam anything else than milk xD we even have a special milk steamer for any other kind of milk we use (6) xD hes crazy
Great video.
Didn’t know conor mcgregor knew latte art 😂
Those mugs are so cute! I wonder what brand they are
They're custom made for this cafe!
I bet this one would be quite the workout from all the slight sit-ups and/or reaching downs parts of the shift
Awsome video, which manufacturer is the coffee machine from? 😊😊
the real tea is being served by that american lady 😤
That v60 going to taste everything except coffee
i dont know why but i watched all his videos
im at work. watching a video of another man work.
I’m at work, watching myself work
Looks like a flashy but unplanned and no good working enviroment
Would u enlighten us on why?
@@thalesrodriguescardosoup and down, around and around. Stretching in between streamers to put the cup on the counter.
I agree. It’s beautiful but the flow is off.
Hey man just a little side note, uploading videos in 60fps in comparison to the normal 24fps makes no difference in the quality of the videos when watched on youtube. 60fps videos also play a bit clunky on older phones and laptops which hampers the experience for the folks with not the latest and the best devices. This is also the reason successful youtubers tend to stick to uploading in 24fps even when they shoot on $8000 dollar cameras such as MKBHD and MrBeast. Hope you make the change! I love these videos so much!!
Thanks mate this is a great tip!
Get a new phone
60 does look smoother tho
I just learn from you how to make a coffee 😂
Learned a lot about teaching French 😂😂
u ever look at a coffee shop and just know it’s too expensive for what they’re doing lol
I definitely need to know were y’all got those cups from and the coaster
im new to coffee :) curious abt the first pour over ending at around 1 min
Nice video man! I am curious why you empty the portafilter basket..isn't it better to have the extracted coffee inside rather than just the metallic part being heated while empty! Isn't it going to affect the taste of next shot you prepare?
nice video man
sorta confused how you work at many different places, are you just a freelancer barista and you get hired for the day? or are you employed by multiple companies with a schedule that doesn't interfere with each other?
my guess is he reaches out to cafes / they reach out to him then he works there for a day or so. He gets to film content and the company gets some exposure from his videos
@@mikkelguy nah brodie dont make enough of revenue for sure. surely he gets paid as a contractor, idk how it works over there exactly but this is my best guess.
He said this in response to another comment if you were still curious: "I have a regular cafe I work at then do one of shifts around London for some fun! I use an app called baristas on tap"
@@cjax04 cool! thank you
@@cjax04 thx
amazing video ! Can i ask you the reference of your cam please ?
It's an iPhone 14 pro max
amazing cafe.
name of the app where you receive your tickets? sometimes it makes me want to have the work rate you have, good video mate
I'm not sure! It's set up by the cafe management
Hey dude, this is awesome video. I love the POV format, what kit do you use to record? Curious, because I’m in the cleaning business and want to record similar format for training purposes.
It’s just a chest mount and an iPhone
47:56 What kind of hot chocolate flakes are those? Looks delicious!!
5:43 Woah those are so cool :O what are those called? I am brand new to coffee and I just use an aero press but I'd like to have a real machine for when I get my house this Christmas but I am not sure what to get but I'd like something like that, clean and minimal but something more impactful with that barista vibe, the aeropress is fine but I feel like it doesn't quite catch that feel or taste and I'd like to run a cafe one day cause I really enjoy those vibes :)
They are distributors, they help the coffee flow properly and help prevent channeling (where the water flows more on one side causing poor extraction)
@@ConnorDoesCoffee 😮 distrbutors?! Ah, gotcha! Thank you! ☺ I see. I'll have to see about getting a set for myself. Time to up my coffee game :D
Chill barista
You forgot to tare scales again after putting the coffee grounds in the v60 btw 😜
Bruh used the ice scooper to close the door
