I (6 foot man) started playing a 1/4 size as a transition from Uke. There are some cords that I have to adjust my fingers on, but since it's my first/main guitar I never thought it any harder than playing a full size. I learn the cord and press on. What I love.. it takes up so little space in the living room. I think there is a place for these even for grown men. (Which of course you said too).. But more.. these can be their go-to..
I would love the really small size but the sound of the carbon fiber is a bit odd... I have a uke that looks like that and sounds like that... Yeah maybe for kids since it is hard to destroy
I definitely prefer wood to carbon fiber too! This is definitely not a guitar I would choose for myself, but it makes a great starter guitar for little ones! ☺️
@@GuitarGoddess yeah, there is definitely a case to be made for small guitars though. At my favorite guitar shop I played one of their junior models and I'm pretty sure it was one of my most competent sessions ever... plus like I guess it's not a junior but musicians like Ed Sheeran do use mini guitars at their concerts so no shame no foul
So you recommend it for kids for first guitar but those steel strings on like 6 y.o. 😨 Is he going to be able to press without pain? Does it feel close to a 9-42 set of steel strings on a 25.5 scale electric guitar or it’s a lighter feel in comparison?

There is also a 1/2 size NovaGo. And they are not junk.
I was shocked by how well it sounds even though my fingers were much too big! This guitar was definitely created in mind for little ones! ☺️
