A few tidbits about Beast in Black:
- Anton Kabanen, the blond guitarrist, was once a member of Battle Beast, but left them/got fired and then founded Beast in Black
- Yannis Papadopoulos is the main singer and he has his own UA-cam channel where he sings covers
- Quite a few of their songs in album 1 and 2 were inspired by the manga/anime "Berserk"

I think the other reason they got recommended is that their song Blind and Frozen is also a great "first time reaction" vibe. So a lot of people who do these "you'll be shocked when you hear it!" type metal songs end up hitting both EC and BiB at some point or another
